Their introduction to the product neglected gamers to a large extent-----that wont matter once it comes out. Build a bridge and get over it.
Ok, so you don't care what a company acts like or how they treat their customers, you just care about the end product. Fair enough, but for many people seeing how Microsoft has treated us and their developers has made us want to make a stand and tell them that it's not alright the way they insulted us and dismissed their developers, and they need to improve their treatment of their customers, and the freedom that they give those customers with their products. That is very important to some people.
---------we'll actually you CAN'T record for youtube in a ps4 it's impossible to connect it to a capture card unless you do illegal things. Which will then get your channel removed.
You can record to Youtube with PS4, you just have to use their recording software: http://www.pushsquare.com/news/2013/06/youll_be_able_to_upload_your_ps4_videos_directly_to_youtube which has a potentially unlimited capacity to record from: http://www.thesixthaxis.com/2013/08/08/ps4s-game-recording-length-could-be-virtually-unlimited/ and it comes for free from every PS4, unlike Xbox One's built in recording device which you have to pay for a Gold account to use.
And also a unnoticeable lack of hardware in the xbox one get made up for by voice commands and the kinect.
Initial estimates put the PS4's better hardware as providing potentially up to 40 or 50% faster memory! That's not "unnoticeable" http://www.escapistmagazine.com/forums/read/7.828305-Developers-Say-Memory-Is-Faster-on-PS4-Than-Xbox-One
And that will be a very important advantage with next gen games, we've seen directly the effects of what happens when a console can't compete with the memory requirements of this gen's games, with the PS3's Skyrim performance that lagged the game to unplayable levels.
That will potentially cause major issues with games as the PS4 has a lot more room to advance, and as for the Kinect voice commands making up for it, well the PSeye has voice commands too, and motion controls and voice commands have not proven to be in any way beneficial to virtually all games except Dance Dance Revolution.
I also forgot to mention the price difference, which is important for some people who don't care about the Kinect, so the extra $100 is just an extra tax for a piece of equipment they don't want, even if you do want it, they don't, and I'm sure you can see that to them that makes the PS4 look a whole lot sweeter.
