Two things on this, one I wouldn't believe that rumor flying around until Sony actually comes out and says that it is indeed true. Two, you seem to be under the impression that all gameplay videos get uploaded to YouTube, when there are other sites that upload the stuff as well. The site I upload, Game Anyone, has already commented on this and has said that Sony has been the best when asking them to take down videos, and Game Anyone has been up for years. Then there is Twitch, in which Sony revealed at the GDC that the PS4 will have Twitch support.HydroFire said:

Now that they've mostly been rescinded, I have no particular reason to outright dislike the console. Ok, so you don't care what a company acts like or how they treat their customers, you just care about the end product. Fair enough, but for many people seeing how Microsoft has treated us and their developers has made us want to make a stand and tell them that it's not alright the way they insulted us and dismissed their developers, and they need to improve their treatment of their customers, and the freedom that they give those customers with their products. And that will be a very important advantage with next gen games, we've seen directly the effects of what happens when a console can't compete with the memory requirements of this gen's games, with the PS3's Skyrim performance that lagged the game to unplayable levels.
That will potentially cause major issues with games as the PS4 has a lot more room to advance, and as for the Kinect voice commands making up for it, well the PSeye has voice commands too, and motion controls and voice commands have not proven to be in any way beneficial to virtually all games except Dance Dance Revolution.
I also forgot to mention the price difference, which is important for some people who don't care about the Kinect, so the extra $100 is just an extra tax for a piece of equipment they don't want, even if you do want it, they don't, and I'm sure you can see that to them that makes the PS4 look a whole lot sweeter.
And also I did a survey at my school (because of course if you do it here everyone will vote ps4 and make the survey have too many variables) so I did it at my school. Where not everyone is a hardcore gamer. The results were 75% xbox one and 25%ps4 we also made them give a reason why.(also if your wondering my school is a grade7-12 school.) The most common reasons were;
xbox one because it has the kinect (most said camera thingy)
Xbox one because it has exclusive Call of duty ghosts content.
Xbox on because its better for NFL( probably becuase of the built in fantasy foot ball and stuff)
Xbox one because it has voice commands
Xbox one because it has better exculsives
Ps4 because it has little big plannet
Ps4 because It has free online (they obviously didn't know about the new ps plus)
Ps4 because it is $50 cheaper ($50 in Where I live)
Ps4 becuase It has better exculsives
Ps4 because I have all the play stations
