I think we might have a winner, but keep em coming! I think it's fascinating to see computer games go on fire-sale prices, and I'm particularly curious about what titles go at these prices. I'm surprised to see a few decent titles like Mafia on this list.

Doesn't win the thread, as 1 canadian cent comes out to less than an american cent, and more so with a british penny; I think that's still the lowest so far. With that said, good on you. Cheap games are always awesome, doubly so if you're nine at the time.
