I want one.

Other than those already shown, I have nothing except actually working out this and the whole swinging a bucket of water above your head

its gotta be those roller coasters that go upside down but dont require anything to hold you in your seat.

edit: other than a standard bar, I mean no overhead things like you would expect!
Holy hell. That hammer thing is amazing. does that really work?

Pospsicle grenades are pretty neat, I think. Not the coolest thing, by far, but they sprang to mind.

nuclear rockets would only be used in space to space flights. So the only shielding needed are in life support compartments. your in space at -273.5 c....its cold

Nuclear rocketry has promise, but I think the best application of physics is this:
(Large image)

The Saturn V rocket used by the US, which put man on a celestial body 240,000 miles away.
I'm also including here the other technology used, eg the space suits. Flexible and containing 3.5 psi, in 1969?

The telsa coil is an amazing machine, especially considering the time frame it was invented. Telsa had quite a few other inventions that were really cool as well.
Actually he had alot of cool inventions and was waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay ahead of his time.

I thought you meant in-game lol. That would prolly be Crysis for me. In RL however... iunno. Einstein's Theory of Relativity (E=MC2) is pretty cool, but then so are tesla coils and the other things people have mentioned... Personally I'd simply go for the fun satisfaction of levers. Specifically, using them to break stuff open, or throw things.

I thought it was a shop the first time I saw it, but after looking at it for a second, you can see that the main mass of the hammer is under the table, which shifts the centre of gravity further than the table. The hammer's turning moment pushing up against the ruler then stops it from falling.

I haven't done the maths for it. In fact I haven't done moments for a long while but yea, if you wanted it shouldn't be too hard with some simple mechanics maths.

I'm impressed nobody said "boob physics".
Maybe there's some hope left after all!

BTW: I saw a documentary about plasma cutters... OMG. Those are awesome.

And... You just lost that little glimmer of hope.

I think that the guy who decided to use the force created from firing a bullet to load the next one is a genious.

I suddenly lost all train of thought...oh right physics stuff...

It's too bad Thomas Eddison's goons tried to ruin him and for the most part succeeded.

About half way through that I started to drool on my keyboard.
