SGC4AP, or at least Episodes 2 and 5. Maybe not as funny if you're not a Homestar fan but I was very surprised by the amount of screen time Homsar got in Ep. 2.

Where the hell is No One Lives Forever (1&2???!!) Seriously: one of the boss fights takes place while you're riding on the back of a tricycle. The female ninjas(!) talk about how their parents don't understand their modern uniform choices and offer tips on how to keep a man (poison him in the morning, give him the antidote when he returns). What the hell, people.
