For me, it's Bioshock Infinite.
I found the ending predictable, gameplay easily broken, too easy on medium, Booker was obnoxious and largely silent, the racism of Columbia is never explained, why they're more advanced on gender is unexplained, too easy to upgrade the vigors and guns you use, unexciting vigors, unneeded vigors (you only need to use vigors twice in the entire game), boring upgrades, far too much combat to the point it stopped most interaction, irritating stereotypical accents, constantly recycled enemies, and a overall boring take on reality manipulation.
