I've been learning the best man skill ever - HOW TO COOK MEAT

There are many, many useful pieces of info on the internet to help you with this, and all you really need is a good grasp of a ref different principles (heat/time ratio, dry rubs and marinades). You also need to know that it is ALWAYS cheaper to get the meat from the butcher section of the store, instead of any kind of prepackaged type of meat.

Also fr those of you new to cooking, marinating is the way go. It practically ensures a tender juicy final product, and you just toss the meat in a ziploc with your marinade nd stick it in the fridge for a few hours. Easy.

A few weeks ago I helped some friends from my acting school strike the set of our seasons last show. And by 'strike the set' I mean smash it apart with hammers. And the occasional circular saw.
