What's the longest time you've gone without sleep?

I think my best is around 48 hours, tho it was certainly not the best way to spend them.
Me and my friends used to stay up very late competing, tho I always won since I used to have issues falling asleep ^^

96 hours to the best of my knowledge. I remember keeping track, chilling on my couch watching the clouds boil outside in what appeared to be fast-forward, thinking I wasn't far away from 100 hours... then I fell asleep. Woke up 16 hours later needing to take the hardest piss of my life.

108. antir west war 1999. sleep is for the dead!!! there was a lot of energy drinks, ephedrine, nodoze, heavy fighting ((and the accompanying adrenaline, endorphins)), booze, and insane amounts of calories involved. and then i collapsed for two days straight. i dont recommend it. but ill prolyy do it again. ((damn my twelve wisdom!!! why else do i play the groups chainsaw?))

i remember when an alien biomas started taking over peoples bodies making them emotionless and me (nichole kidman) and daniel craig had to sort the whole mess out, oh wait no...... mine was about 5 days i think, just started night shifts at work and my body refused to turn off for the first lot, but supercharged with caffine i powered through with very many crazy halucinatons.

36½ hours, or a bit more. Not sure. At the end I was so messed up I just wanted to sleep and sleep and sleep, and after a few (10-15+) allnighters with video games for no reason at all I've come to realise how this is going to adversely affect any future studies or job, and thus I forswore it and hasn't done one since. Incidentally, I feel a lot happier and calmer, knowing I am sleeping at a pace shared with other people, and not between, say, 9am and 7pm, which just absolutely sucks if you live at my latitude and half the year it's dark at those times... and then you just feel bad afterwards. Also, my friend did a week once and claims to have hallucinated vividly. I'm not sure I'd like to repeat the experience, and I don't see why you'd want to, although I do admit it sounds quite interesting...

2/3 days, when I was going on Holiday. I had to stay up, leave for 3am, didn't sleep on the plane, wanted to sleep at night, but mum was on about something and I just snapped¬.
We ended up having a screaming argument on the balcony.
"I'VE HAD 2 FUCKING HOURS FUCKING SLEEP IN 3 FUCKING DAYS JUST FUCKING PISS OFF AND LET ME SLEEP!"
Seriously, I don't care who who I offend when I get like that.

3 days... it was during the awesome 2 week contest with my step-brother, basically we had a contest to see who could sleep the least over a period of 2 weeks... He had 21 hours of sleep over 2 weeks... I got 14 hours, aw yeah!
