Here's an example: I've helped an old lady cross the street, I was accidentally 'dropped' on my head as a child and my dog once ate my homework.

You couldn't make that shit up.

Anyone else?

Slipped on a banana peel once. The cartoons aren't joking around, those things really are slippery.

I once tried to lean on something and fell over, if that counts. Or... I may have just staggered a bit. I don't fall over much.

Fished up a boot. Dug up a wooden box (no treasure =[). Cat ate my homework. Been told "it's not you it's me" HAH. That's all I can think of for now.

I've gotten the "Its not you its me" line. My response was you must really hate my kissing to give me that line. She didn't laugh like I thought she would.

Interesting post script to that story is that a couple months later she texted me asking to lend money because her ex was threatening to beat her up over some money she owed him. So I got the above cliche and the crazy girl cliche all in one.

I have also slipped on a banana peel. It hurt.

I do have a pair of what boxers with red hearts on them just like cartoons.

My dog destroyed my homework as a kid too. I brought in the scrappy bits to school and the teacher believed me thankfully. Also the "i like you more as a friend" speech.

I listen to metal, and I want a greatcoat, not sure if it is a real cliche thing, but most metalheads wear metalhead clothing, and regular people can NOT see the differenece between, alto, emo, metalhead, goth, and poser.

"I see you as more of a friend" is probably the closest to a cliche moment for me.

True, but most of those people don't care either, they just want to insult somebody to make themselves feel better.

This didn't happen to me, but rather three feet away from me: The first time my family went to Disneyworld, my little brother ran smack into a glass door and broke his nose. Alas, the eagerness of youth.

I was also once attacked in the shower.

I already feel like punching everybody in the head when I have my victorian era coat, and saying "I am not goth, I am a metalhead, can you not see that?"
not that I am really going to do that :p

I got my tongue stuck to the inside of a freezer once... What? I was curious.

Even though this one isn't much of a cliche' it is still funny. My bird shredded a $20 bill, and according to what I was told later, the woman working at the bank fell over laughing when she heard that story.

Yes it is

On topic: tripped for no reason whatsoever right in front of my crush. She thought it was funny.
