Elasto Mania gets an honorable mention.
(Fun fact: My dad brought home a physics engine sandbox from work home, (taught physics at high school at the time) that's based around creating objects with mass, velocity, gravitational attraction and all that jazz, and I played with it a lot and some years after was introduced to Elma and I'm pretty sure it's based on the same engine.)
Then there's Super Mario 3 that I played after having dug up the old NES, getting all the old secrets right.
And Neverwinter Nights 2 and its expansions, which for some reason I always re-install despite Mask of the Betrayer being the really only good one, and play through thoroughly enjoying.
