My favorite element is carbon, because I EATZ IT! All other elements are but mere condiments on the delicious carbon-based foodstuffs you eat every day.

Yeah I know, only problem is there isn't enough of it to really extensively test and the half life is like 5 minutes or something ridiculous so it's pretty tough to get a good sample.
