I must say i enjoyed V the most with 2 en 7 in a shared second place. But 5 had me playing alot with the job system wich i enjoyed and had me caring alot for the characters.
Final Fantasy 12 was my favourite because there is no turn base combat and crapy screen breaking scenes. Also the gambits made it so much more enjoy able to play because you don?t need to continuously micromanage every one.
12 because its the first one I both owned and actully UNDERSTOOD. FFX Had that retarded Sphere System, 7/8/9 I couldn't save because my Slim PS2 Wouldnt read PS1 at all (For some odd reason) and FFX-2, although the dress sphere system was easy, getting some of them was annoying, training them was annoying, and taking "Time Outs" to get changed annoyed me too.
Tie between 6 and 10, the best of their respective dimensions (2D/3D). Everyone always harps on Tidus, but I feel it's more likely that they are opposed to the type of character he is (happy-go-lucky athlete, almost like a ninja turtle). They would dislike him no matter what his voice was like. As I said in a prior thread, if you want a truly obnoxious version of that character type check out Dean Stark in Wild Arms 5. That being said, I do wish they'd included a scene skip feature for repeat plays.
The FF12 xas the worst for me because it was first too easy.. I did'nt appreciate the combat system. Well, there was no story at all, no background in the characters.
IX is my favourite. The characters were memorable and developed nicely as the game went on. Whoever thought it would be a good idea to base a character on Jar Jar Binks should be decapitated however.
