I have trouble choosing a favourite but I'll happily reel off my weekly reads... it's got a bit extensive so I'll try to put the best at the top. However, anything which isn't really worth paying attention to ends up not getting return visits.
Warning, most will induce MAJOR archive panic, as I pick up on serials over one-shots, mainly.
One-shotters:
xkcd, C&H, Penny Arcade (duh),
SMBC, Wasted Talent, Scenes from a Multiverse, Natalie Dee, Wondermark, Indexed (more a daily graph joke),
Johnny Wander...
Short storyliners:
Sandra & Woo, Roza the cursed mage, Housepets!, Oglaf (NSFW IN THE EXTREME)...
Serials with probable wide appeal:
Freefall (pretty much the longest running thing on the web, after Kevin & Kell / User Friendly / Sluggy Freelance),
Paradigm Shift (immediately click to "read from start" to avoid the current storyline/s spoiling all the twists and suspense... or just buy the books/get them from a library),
Girl Genius (ditto),
Questionable Content (can be a bit NSFW, but is pretty much like Friends meets Big Bang Theory otherwise),
Lackadaisy, The Meek...
Serials which are maybe a bit more niche/acquired taste:
El Goonish Shive (it is the very very slightly pervy uber-nerd (not geek) zeitgeist... and be prepared for MAJOR art-evolution shock if you go back to the start),
Slightly Damned, DMFA (VERY acquired - I only picked up on it recently),
2Kinds...
Wierdly I'm not actually a furry, I just ended up being linked to a lot of these by titles of similar bent (particularly as they were the more pioneering ones, and I've been into some of these for >10 years)
Honourable Mentions ---
Occasionally dip into:
Whatever David Willis is doing these days. It's lighthearted and entertaining at least, and usually related to his previous work in some odd way. Currently it's
Dumbing of Age, after Shortpacked!, It's Walky!, Roomies! ... Who knows why it doesn't have an exclamation?
Unfortunately dead:
Triangle and Robert, 1/0... and
Elf Life? Maybe? And it may seem
Hanna Is Not A Boys Name has fallen, too.
Got a bit too wierd even for me:
Whatever the hell Jennifer Diane Reitz is doing these days. I would however urge you to check out
Unicorn Jelly and the earlier parts of
Shining Defender Heliotrope or whatever it's called. There's some amazing storytelling and imaginative sci-fi in there.
Suffered serious cerberus effect and got boring:
Venus Envy, Misfile, The Wotch, College Roomies From Hell
(also neither am I transgender ... one link led to another, and they're all intertwined, and WERE interesting... EGS started that way too but actually found more than one repetitive storyline to follow, and turned its own Cerberus moment to good use)
Too intermittent or rebooty to keep track of easily but otherwise good when I remember about them:
Subnormality, whatever John Allison is doing these days (it was
Bad Machinery at last count, related to his other stuff (Scary Go Round, Bobbins) much like Willis'),
Dresden Codak...
And people wonder why I don't watch much TV...

I think I could probably do with cutting down, or only checking in once a month, yknow...
