I have a part-time job as a School Crossing Patroller (read: Lollipop Man). I have been unemployed for two years so i took it to prove to the job centre I can work but can't find full time employment.
I get no extra money for doing this job, any money I earn is taken off of my JSA.
It's one of the things I'm pissed off about, I get the same money doing this as I would if I was at home all day.

Student, and I'm adding odd stuff into a database because the people in charge of the different areas doesn't have time to do it. Last thing I did was adding parking lots, and they have to be added one place at a time (the area one car can park on at a time :p). So it's slow and tedious but it needs to be done. That kind of stuff. Boring, but it's money :p

I don't share or reveal stuff about me in person, so my comments might be a little long winded and for that i apologize

I work at the busiest Boston Pizza in N.A. well I am unsure about that, I believe that it is currently the busiest one in Canada. I cut pizzas and other stuff to look nice for people to consume. The store can do 6,000$ a hour. So it can be crazy.

I am also the asshole of the establishment, I have had 5 different managers tell me to fuck off or other variation of that(Me and my kitchen manager have a bet every day we work to see who i piss off the most.) One of them (Managers) has done so about 7 times now i think. I enjoy it so far, I know it, and am fast and work hard. They pay me half decent and give me free food and its nice in the winter :)

If I could add to the topic, i would also ask what you do there and how you interact with other people when/if you need to

My official title is "IT Support Specialist." I work at a college in the IT department. My main job is managing the laptop service center, such as facilitating repairs, scheduling the student workers, keeping track of just about everything, dealing with irate customers and general IT support. My job is evolving so I now also do a lot of desktop support and I also work in the IT support call center two days a week. I also have a LOT of annoying projects being handed to me. So I do more work and have more responsibility. Do I get more money to reflect this?

No. Of course not.

I'm currently a data manager in a videogame company. BUT! I move to a new department next Monday, and I will be a full-fledged programmer. No more buildsystem, no more annoying network issues to be fixed... It's gonna be awesome.

EDIT: Holy 400 posts, Batman!

Thanks for the warm welcome. I'n holland ( where i'm from) you need a university degree in order to teach. Bachelor degree for up to 15 year olds masters degree for older ( easiest way too compare school systems is age I guess) I make about 2500 dollar after taxes a month (thanks to favorable exchange rates)But lets say I could buy about 1800 loaves of bread a month =-P . teachers are payed by the state in Holland so for a masters degree wages are not all that awesome but I like what I do.

I am an accounts administrator. I spend most of my time doing data entry into an Excel spreadsheet, checking the data to make sure it's right and then uploading it into a system to ensure that various other companies get paid.

I am a Sailor in the Royal Aussie Navy, but, when not doing that I volunteer at the local Road Crash Rescue unit in town...
Both fun things with some shitty things (literally in one case :p ) thrown in for good measure
