I know that the Akimbo 1887 has been bashed on quite often, but let me add my two cents in. Ignoring the Ninja Jesus magic heartbeat sensor, I'd like to know: HOW THE HELL DO YOU RELOAD AKIMBO SHOTGUNS BY TWIRLING THEM AROUND?! At least the Akimbo ranger is slightly realistic in is reloading animation.

Oh yeah, and I love having people spawn directly behind me. That just makes me love the universe.

It's not a fucking exploitation of flawed perks and unbalanced gameplay. People that run around knifing never do that great. It's really only a TDM or FFA class anyway, anything else has a ton of campers and many explosions ensue. You're seriously bad at the game if you can't beat a tactical knifer.

Whatever. It's still an exploit. And he tells that it's not. No matter if it's big or small, people who exploit imbalance and tell that "it's fair" are douchebags.

More like, idiot who can't figure out who to combat A GUY WHO IS ONLY USING A MELEE WEAPON. SERIOUSLY.

1) People who must play in there living room with a host of background nosies including talking to there mom about diner

I know they weren't all that in CoD4 but was there any reason to make them so ridiculously powerful?! I'm constantly getting one hit from quite a fair distance away by some wanker with Ranger Akimbo. And the AA-12 is practically semi automatic.

Just take the time to process that. A shotgun that's pretty much semi automatic...

Oh and there's more camping than ever online.

Basically when they fucked the PC version sideways and then came on the gaming code and tried to see how much shit they could get away with and still see how many would by their half arsed game(more so on PC).

Can someone explain to me what a pet-peeve is? I've heard it all over the place and i have no idea what it is, if someone would like to take some time to quote me it i'd be thankful.

Something, an issue, an object, that you personally dislike/hate. Wikipedia [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pet_peeve] explains it pretty well, I've never been that good at explanations.

Anyway. The whole "perk->pro perk" thing? Cool idea, but when I'm frantically pouring half a clip into an enemy who just turned a corner, and their Stopping Power Pro allows them to put me to sleep with ONE round, it really gets on my nerves.

Oh, and akimbo 1887s. God damn those things are annoying. Instant-kill button. Basically, almost anything akimbo is annoying to a certain extent - akimbo .44s are amazingly powerful as well, and akimbo automatic weapons (PP2000/G18/Vector)..... just wtf? How can you fire two high-powered weapons with a helluva kick (Ranger, SMG) at the same time and not break your damn wrists? Is it because the Master Chief "proved" that it's possible?

Also the ACR. Even beside the fact that it's an amazingly ugly gun, I can't begin to count the times some douchebag with a holo-sight utterly pwned me with it in half a second. Especially when they're camping. I don't know what it is, it's just such a horriffically douchebag-y gun.

More minor pet peeve: I've never really liked the holographic sight reticle, even in the M16A4 Grenadier in the original MW. I don't know why. I prefer the Red Dot or the ACOG.

In that case i'll have to agree with you. Some players may have an unfair advantage over others.

I'd have to say its absurd Tom Clancy-meets-Michael Bay storyline takes the cake.

The original Modern Warfare was plausible, if ever so slightly Hollywood-esque, but the sequel just throws out the authenticity of the first game's plot and tries to replenish the void with ridicilous set pieces, balls-to-the-walls action scenes and ludicrous plot developments.

So the Ultranationalist party, despite having lost its entire upper leadership caste and a Hell of a lot of members, suddenly recovers enough in 5 years to launch a coup d'etat on a first-world, developed nation with one of Europe's most powerful militaries?

And the leader of this new Russia begins committing terrorist attacks on other European nations because, y'know, he really doesn't like European nations, and neither the EU nor the UN calls him up on this?

And then Russia - despite apparantly being responsible for a litany of terrorist attacks - decides that the involvement of a US citizen in a terrorist attack on Russian soil is justification enough for a full-scale and immediate invasion of the USA (an act, it seems, the UN does not find objectionable)?
