Hi all

So sitting here at 3:50 at night reflecting on my life so far, and wanted to know how others life's are going. and if you are happy with it?

To kick things off. I am 17. I left school in year 7, did home school, didn't really ever take it in.

I got kicked out of my house.(by my mother) for losing my temper and putting a hole in a wall. (done this a lot throughout my life). Long, LONG story short I am now at my dads (we DO NOT! get on and we never did (mum kicked him out when i was 13[for his anger funny enf])

|FUN FACT|
I had moved to my dad's for 1 and a half months. We had the biggest fight we have ever had.( and that my friends is truly something, considering the fights we have had in my life)I am amazed we didn't end end up punching each other.(it came very close to it and next time i think he or i will, and not to overreact but i can safely say it wont end in 1 or 2 punches. any way. I left 2 days later got on a plan back home 2 weeks later I'm back.

so ATM in my life i feel so numb. As in it all just means nothing, i just don't really care. I am not depressed, i just don't feel. I couldn't care less if i live or die. I think I'm just biting time till I'm 18 moved out and can drink my self to sleep so i can stop thinking and get to sleep for once. idk it all fucked up.

So... how is it going for you?

17. At college. Live with both parents. My dad has claimed I'm wasting my time at college. And I recently realized that I have no one close to me.

Could be a lot worse but it's not great either.

16, at college. Things are ok. I wouldn't say I'm happy, just content. Things are fine, no major problems, but nothing amazing.

Yay, I'm alive.

That's my outlook on life, I'm pretty nuetral (not optomistic, but not pessimistic) and don't get angry very often... When I do, it's more frustration with something (mainly a game... or traffic)...

Anyway, 18, living at home with both parents, going to college. Getting surprisingly good grades for being on the escapist all the time now...

18, living at university, hating it. Boring ditzy girls everywhere, jerkish guys everywhere. Thin walls, so the drunk party-people keep me up until 3 AM every night. Hate the food, hate my prison cell-esque room.

At least I have my sonic screwdriver and my XBox... Bzz, bzz...

16, in high school, living with both my parents, madly in love(not in a relationship though), made alot of new (and better friends - through the entire middle school most of my friends were what I'd like to call fake plastic friends, I didnt really care for them, nor did we share any interests or hang out alot... I just hung out with them to have someone to talk with etc.)

Life's been pretty good to me, but I have been looking in all the wrong places. I am now pretty much out of my "emo" teenage phase filled with angst and what not, and from time to time I actually feel happy, and it's nice to be able to smile every once in a while even when there's no one around. (You dont have to feel sad to not feel happy)
The past weeks I feel things have really been going my way, and it's nice to be reminded how beautiful life can be from time to time.

I'm a 28 year old basement dweller. All my room mates got married and I'm back with the folks. My best friend married my ex gf, the only one I ever stayed with for more than a year. Never see him any more.

I work a job I hate here in the metro detroit area, where jobs that don't suck worse than most are scarce to begin with.

I can never keep a girlfriend more than a month or two. Good news is they come in sucession like clockwork.

I'm a dried up man whore with a couple hundred notches on my belt, genital herpes, no good friends and no one who loves me.

I've been saving my money and next year I'm taking a crack at buying one of the many cheap, foreclosed homes in the area- yeah that's positive.

13. School. Not a bad live, no bad shit's going down, nothing amazing. Longest relationship I've had was a month, but I've got a bit of a reputation.

20. Sliding through part time college. Working with the band, playing our first show someplace other than Rhode Island (Maine), and the possibility has risen that we may be getting a chance to open up for Eve 6 for at least one show. So, I have that to keep me going.

17, studying Game Art, getting new friends while trying as hard as I can to stay in contact with the old ones.

It's a pretty good life.

Nearly 16, secondary school, lucky enough to live with both parents in a nice house in a nice area, just about to get seriously stressed out by exams. Not a bad life, but I have nearly not enough close friends in spite of the fact I love meeting new people, I generally put it down to the fact that I'm too happy sitting down in front of my computer and meeting people in games like L4D2, and just too lazy and poor to go out very often - could be worse.

17 and minus a quarter, I'm studying the subjects I want at school, I have a small group of friends, and I have fun with what I do.

However, it is widely acknowledged by many, myself included, that I need a girlfriend.

18, freshman in college. I'm enjoying college, but I go home a lot to see my girlfriend and best friend. I'm content right now. I wouldn't say overly happy.

I'm in college. Doing well in some classes, bot as well in others. Not failing any of my classes as far as I know. But this is my first semester, which is when they say people are much more likely to fail classes, so I'm OK.
