Whilst I'd like to see a modern GTA in England, it would probably have limited appeal to people who aren't Brtish. So ultimately I feel that the series should stay in America.

I'd throw my vote in with Japan as well.
It would be a blast playing as well tattooed and well dressed Yakuza, beating the crap out of shopkeepers for protection money, bullying the corrupt cops and watch pinky-fingers fly left and right (He can't swim straight anymore).
Not to mention katana-executions for teh win.

More wealth, violence and humor. Less empoverished and dreary everyday life like this newer GTA stuff.
