I'm going to go out on a limb here.

I'm guessing that the "Daedric plane" expansion pack is going to be a trend for the TES series after Shivering Isles did so well for Oblivion. This article [http://www.escapistmagazine.com/news/view/114323-Theres-More-to-Skyrim-Than-Skyrim] also helped push me into a final hypothesis for expansion packs for Skyrim

Molag Bal's plane of Oblivion is Coldharbour. The book The Doors of Oblivion says that his plane resembles a copy of Nirn, including the Imperial Palace, but all desecrated and ruined. The ground is sludge, the sky is on fire, and the air is freezing. The Daedroths are typically counted among his servants.
Just want to say that if this comes true, you heard it here first. Also that I fucking called it. Anyways, what do you pretty ladies and grotesque gentlemen think?

Care to offer any other guesses

1- The Imperial city will be unlocked, but only the Imperial City. Its going to be expanded upon and rebuilt since the Great War, and you'll get to see Nifty Thalmor and Political influences on it. This is unlikely, but I think doable

I want somewhere... Super cool.

Morrowind would be sweet, as would Hammerfell. I want Elsweyr, because that place sounds crazy.

A province sounds too big to be possible for me. I think they'll keep going with Oblivion Planes.

Fallout New Nirn, come on it sounds like it

Anywhere that isn't Skyrim I hope. If I have to listen to anymore burly Nords talk about honor and battle, I am going to throw up in my mouth.

considering the size of the shivering isles, I think a province is quite possible, perhaps a smaller one like high rock or sommerset isle, I think they might include the orcish city/land (can't remember what its called sorry) that would be pretty interesting.
I would actually rather one very large expansion doing valenwood or elswer, sorry if I spelt it wrong lol :)

Black Marsh or kitty desert would be nice. I'm kinda sick of boring roman culture and I would like to see something more tribal.

Hopefully Elsweyr because it sounds like the exact opposite of Skyrim.

I feel like the people who named Elsweyr had named everwhere else on the map first, then remembered at the last minute that they had to name that province they never had any plans for. Elsewhere? well played...

Actually I believe more like people in their world were saying "You can get better goods else where". So when people say that phrase you may get people thinking of Elseweyr not else where.

I want to go to Orsinium. Because orcs are made for fighting and winning!. Id like to see how an orcish province would effect the power balance between Thalmor and Empire.

High Rock. It's right next door and hasn't been done before. Unless they plan to make the sixth game there.

If the place lets me butcher Thalmor like the vermin they are, i'll be satisfied no matter where the xpack takes place.

Actually, I think it might be Solstheim. We could see the new home of the Dunmer ever since Vvardenfell essentially blew up. The island would have to made substantially bigger than the version that was included in Morrowind though... Ah well, wishful thinking.

If they could only do something like the Morrowind expansions and access other sections of the province of Skyrim. I'd like to go to where the Nords came from before taking Skyrim from the Falmer

This sounds like the most likely expansion out of the ones suggested. However being part of an expedition to now wasteland Morrowind or an Argonian controlled part of Morrowind could be interesting and is something I see as a possibility.
