Bodies are so large and cumbersome. It would be best to divide the package into several parts. Much of the body is simply meat, and can be freezed alongside pork. Fluids can be flushed down a bath and washed down. Bones can be buried, but can be discovered all too easily. It's best to grind them down somewhat and toss them in a dumpster. Skin is where it gets tricky. Forunately, that degrades fairly quickly, so it's one of the few things than can be buried, although one must be cautious of course. Various other organs can be fed to your local population of dogs and cats.

Unless you live in a war zone and the police are either non-existent or corrupt, then there is no way to successfully hide a body.

Personally, i'd hide it in a bonfire so that it burned in an understandable place.
Making sure to kill a little before bonfire night of course.
