I have no idea what type of phone I have. All I know is that it's a Samsung, and that I got it about 7-8 years ago.
It still works fine, so I'm not getting a new one any-time soon, nor do I wish to. I don't understand why people always want the latest phones that come out.
I'm willing to accept that you don't need a better phone, so please,
please, respect our resolve to have the "latest phone" (though I don't even care about how new it is).
I like to have the ability to listen to music with it while my MP3 player is broken (like it is right now) and because of its long-lasting battery, I can do that for a long time (which is pretty much the main thing to look for in MP3s for me) and I can also look at YouTube videos while at school (because it has Wifi), check up on my e-mail or read the Escapist (or, for example, Cracked) whenever I like, and it helps alleviate boredom, as that's usually when I see use for it outside of calling and sending SMSs.
It can also do other things that are really great when I'm out and about, including useful features like having 3.5G so that I can go to the virtual bank to transfer money to people when they need it right then (this needs context, as to why it's so important, but believe me, I have needed it) since it's converted to a mobile format it doesn't even take that much bandwidth (especially seeing as to get this phone really cheaply I have 5MB of 3.5G I have to pay for
anyway).
The point is I use it all the time when out, and even when I've not had a computer to use, and it's really helpful.
So yeah, you may not understand, but I sure do, and please understand
that, at least, that
I need it.
