KOTOR2- Darth Sion's subtle Scottish accent and Kreia's awesomeness.
For the record Sion's accent was as subtle as a punch to the face.

I would say Mass Effect was very good, primarily for Grunt Wrex and Garrus. Kasumi was very well done too.

As another has said Arkham Asylum had the best Joker I've ever seen, primarily because Mark Hamill is incredible.

Most of Rockstar's work is very good as well, on the same level as BioWare.

All good answers. I recently discovered, through Imdb viewing, that one of Kate Mulgrew's former costars from Voyager also voiced acted in Dragon Age Origins.

Tim Russ, who played Tuvok on Voyagers was Zathrian, the Dalish Keeper in The Nature of the Beast quest. it's kinda sad their characters didn't get to interact, that would have been friggin sweet. I had to go back and watch a youtube clip. It's weird to hear emotion in his voice after getting used to him as a Vulcan.

Oh yea! Forgot about him! Absolute win.

Gaurds: "Surrender now fiend, and we shall promise you and easy death!"
Kain: "I could promise you the same....but it would be a lie!"

Love that too ;-P

Good voice acting? There's quite a bit out there.

Final Fantasy X

And these are just the games I own; there's a lot more.
yeah...
Why does nobody realize that the "poor acting" there was 100% deliberate? Hell, he laughs normally at the end of that scene!

Absolute lol at FFX and Dawn of War... what have you ben smoking?!?
FFX is admittedly debatable (Wakka and Auron were pretty damn awesome though), but Dawn of War has perfectly good voice acting, especially from the Force Commander and the Librarian.

aww thank you ^_^. Working my way through Voyager again, in the middle of season 3. My favorite Star Trek connection ever, however, is the connection to Disney's Gargoyles. It's got like, 30 connections to voice actors, including Mulgrew. LOVE IT.

All the people criticising FFX's laughing scene...you're aware that it's deliberate fake laughter, right? It is a cringey scene, but I do think the voice acting in that game is awesome.

Final Fantasy 12 is so-so: I love the sound of the Judges' voices when they're in their armour, but Vaan sounds like he was always on a slightly distorted megaphone. And Fran's voice annoyed me. Still, Balthier was very cool.

KOTOR series deliver a believable voice acting, especially compared to the standard back then. Half Life lives up to that standard too.

Albeit it being a hole-filled plot that is not that believable: Metal Gear Solid: Snake Eater.

Gta IV i thought had some good voice acting, Red Dead, LA Noire. Basically any Rockstar game

Uncharted 2. Mass Effect.

List:
La Noire, then again that was really the point

Dragon Age Origins(Maybe DA2, not played though), liked the between fight talks

Mafia 2, I really liked the voice acting, felt like a Mafia film... more specifically Goodfellas, the plot was cliche but good

GTA IV, "Niko! my cazan!" Good bunch of characters

Assassins Creed 2 and Brotherhood, Shaun was nicely voice acted, and I enjoyed the Italian accents

Red Dead Redemption, again, nice set of characters

Mass Effect 1&2, the aliens all had their nice accents, and it seemed emotional

Gears of War 1&2, I liked it, especially Cole and Fenix

Enslaved, but if you're going to play it, get the 360 version. The Ps3 one was glitchy as hell on release; dunno if it ever got properly patched.

Hazama from Blazblue, I just love his voice in the English voice. It's so over the top with his trolling and his LOLs, it's AWESOME. Personally, I prefer Hazama's voice over than the Joker in Arkham Asylum.
