Wobbuffet, disgustingly overpowered. It has insanely high HP stats but piss-poor stats for everything else, it has a movepool that is laughable, but with proper distribution of EVs, and prediction, you are guaranteed a kill on your opponent with little effort.

Also, Stealth rocks will make any Charizard cry.

--------------------------Many Level Ups Later-----------------------------------

OMG! IT HAS ARMS! Watch in HORROR as I poison you, put you to sleep or just paralyze you... THEN BASH YOU THE F**K UP!!

Breloom is just kickass

Wooper! IT'S SO HAPPY ALL THE TIME!

It's fun if you double-battle with a Shroomish - you get happy-angry-combo. XD

LMAO Everyone loves HIS/HER pokemon, you'll never get a real answer, because everyone love's their pokemon best due to the hours of training, love, sweat and tears they put into them.

And even if you get a legit answer with stats and such everyone pokemon has a weakness. you can have highest stats and highest level. When then you'll have to round out, for an average.

Motherfucking death machine. Too overpowered for my tastes, so I stick to Salamence and Dragonite.

Thats what Smogon Users thought to and he went to the Uber category. But with Black/White coming up, he got moved back down (though maybe temporary) so I wouldnt be surprised to see him, salamance (He got moved to uber when paired with Rayquaza) and Dragonite to shoot back up, while Flygon sinks to the UU obscurity. If you go by those standards.

Non Legendary Pokemon that I think is the best would be Charizard. I have always thought he was kick ass and he has never let me down as a pokemon. Sure he lose v Water and Electric and Rock to a lesser extent almost always delivers against all other pokemon.
He gets eaten alive by Stealth Rock (though really, who doesnt). Thats something I hope they remedy, since Stealth Rock combined with Spike/Toxic Spike Combo pretty much broke the game.

OT:
Hm... All around, I'd say Vaporeon. Wish (adds 1/4 health after three turns to whatever pokemon is on the field), Toxic, Ice Beam high HP and Sp. Atk stats, as well as a STAB surf (base 90 power) and the Hydration ability he's getting in the Dream World is going to rocket the water dog way up in the standings use wise. Its never really failed me, and when it has, its usually ripped through 4 pokemon of the opponents team. Really the only non legendary pokemon its ever not been able to take is Electivire.

Defensive, without a doubt its Wobbafett. The things a defensive juggarnaut and a pseudo-legendary by all rights.

Offensively... I'd say Garchomp phsyically, Vaporeon Special wise. Though I would also throw in Glaceon, since Fake Tears/Ice beam/Blizzard (if you can get this hit, definitely in combination with Hail), rips through even the ice resistant pokemon (Fake Tears lowers Sp. Def, incase you didnt know).

I know it's not the best non legendary pokemon, but i've always had a soft spot for Machamp, because it was the first holographic pokemon card I ever got.

Amma go with Charizard, simply because in Canon he had the balls to fight Mewtwo's Charizard with gusto, take on the Entei dream image from the third film and beat Articuno in the recent episodes, plus he's one of the few pokemon with character development. Game wise he's nothing amazing, being 4x weak against stealth rock you should never use him, however with a versitile moveset (Belly Drum + Fire Punch, Sunny Day + Solarbeam) and good speed he could be the unexpected champion.

Vaporeon is getting Hydration?!

The only thing better would be Rain Dish, to heal massive amounts of HP each turn thanks to Vaporeon's gigantic base HP.

This deserves a few answers.

In Game: Garchomp, Tyranitar, and a couple of others, look up "Pseudo Legendaries" on Bulbapedia. That's pretty much decided, also Wobuffet has a few deadly combos, which is why he's banned alot.

In Anime: Probably Charizard, or Ash's Pikachu. They tend to have main character power alot.

As weak as it is in the metagame, Charizard (Hoping black and white change this somewhat with its new dream world ability)... But if your looking at raw power and imbaness.... GARCHOMP! Seriously. Before it was moved to Ubers, the whole metagame revolved around having a garchomp, and countering garchomp.

Close seconds go to Scizor and Tyranitar.

There is nothing more fun than giving Vapoureon leftovers and setting up an Ingrain Aqua Ring and, if you're feeling mean, Leech Seed combo.

Yeah, Thats what I thought too. Though how it would work out I dont know, it doesnt have a dish.

But yeah, thats what it says here:
http://www.serebii.net/pokedex-bw/134.shtml

Though whether its just in the dream world or when it comes out I dont know (i'm really hoping it can keep it for competitive play, because water absorb does nothing for me unless I'm battling a Kyorge or other water pokemon that I know people are going to spam the STAB water move (usually Surf, sometimes Hydro Pump, and occasionally Waterful when on a Gyrados, though I've seen it on other physical pokemon.

And if you want to be really mean, add wish (personally, i think it should always be on Vaporeon, since its an option and a great team move) and Toxic just to win on a stall. Since you can open up the last move for Surf and half a mono attack Vaporeon.
