I also consider myself The Escapist's foremost authority on military weapons and tactics... I'm really just a regular schmuck who feels compelled to comment on military threads.

I feel compelled to read the entirety of a thread before I can post, so I have relatively few posts that usually occur early in a thread.

I am the one who only posts if I feel I have a valid or important point to make, or wish to praise someone else's contribution.

I would like to think myself funny, or profound, but I'm just happy if I can settle for well-spoken and correctly spelled.

I'm the one who's not yet settled; I'm still working out what piece of my art I can use as an avatar (you can't see it, but this current one depicts me in an eggshell in a supernova)!

I like The Escapist. The forums are intelligent, funny and the participants are generally respectful. Lucky me, finding this haven of gamingdom
