How about the Hulk (which prototype is practically a carbon copy of) wearing the Venom symbiote. Essentially the 2 original sources of Alex Mercer's powers. I'm sure the hulk is enough but the Hulk wearing Venom would make me happy.

He gains the knowledge and memories of everyone and everything he consumes. HE may not understand rocket science, but someone in the world does and all alex has to do is eat him

I could never understand why people had such a massive hard on for the whipfist. I used it when killing/capturing helicopters or grabbing memory targets amidst the chaos, but not really in combat. In my opinion the muscle, claw and hammerfist were better, and a lot mroe fun, than the whippy. Blade was there just for power, but there wasn't much you could do with it aside from the powerful air attack.
