I know a lass from poland, she is uber-intelligent by most english peoples standards today and a freaking genius by americas standards! :D Is everyone from poland attractive?
The first sentence should have a period after the word 'Poland' instead of a comma. The words "Poland", "English", and "America" are proper nouns and should be capitalized. "Americas" should be spelled "America's" because it is possessive.

BTW...I'm an American.

You're also pedantic, congratulations. And have you ever played COD4 online? If anyone that isn't American even opens their mouth they get an earful of abuse for not being American... and an awful lot of racists on their aswell, don't know why?
Every country has it's share of moron, racism, and genuis. We should'nt compare them or undercut them just to make a bloody insult. It's the same as grouping you with someone you know is an idiot just because he lives next door.

Children have no imagination these days. Until I was deemed old enough, I was only ever allowed to go to a friends house where we used our imaginations to keep ourselves entertained. Whether that be dressing up, playing with dolls and stealing your brothers Action man to use as an extra Ken doll. I still far too many girls under the age of 15 wandering around shopping centres (I say under 15 because most other teens are there waiting to start work), on their own. Neither parent wants the responsibility of looking after them for the day, so why not send them to the shopping centre unsupervised. I've almost kicked teens out of my store for starting fights and using my mirrors to take photos in...for an hour! Then jumping around in the merchandise (I work in a shoe store)

On the topic of clothing, all I will say is that I use to wear clothes suitable enough to climb trees in, not to look like the equivalent of a miniture barbie.

I really hate my generation, most of us are spoiled brats who complain about a job like they're getting their arm pulled off for minimum wage. Lets also not get started on the cell phones... wait why did she want a second one? But yeah kids are spoiled and they have no patience to let things come to them.
I agree plus i think that the standard iq of this generation is going down too

Dude, you're a sixth former! Beat the little shit up. I'm only in Year 11 but when some oik mouths me or my mates off we bloody well go over there and see how brave he is when he's half a foot away from us rather than down the corridoor.

It's especially funny when they're yelling obscenities with an unbroken voice.
Yes, beat up children. That's the way to go./sarcasm.

Well, I am british and I put us down too so I hardly think I was being "bitchy" in my original comment which apparently started this thing. If anything I was being complimentary of the Polish, Poland has had a rough time over the past 100 years so I think it needs complimenting... Why wont you let someone else have the attention for one second America, Why? :D

I was in Primark (UK clothes store, Penney's in Ireland) before Easter and there were two girls in front of me in the queue, buying underwear. Looking at their basket it was pretty slutty underwear, they both were wearing pretty slutty clothes that I'd expect more so to see a girl in her late teens wear, and they both looked round 12, if that. Parents nowhere to be seen and this was a busy store in the middle of Leeds City Centre. It sickens me how fast kids are "growing up" when they should be cherishing their childhood instead, for as long as possible...

Remember that not all kids fit the stereotype. In a young modern society if your different or want to act differently your peers will be totally unforgiving (they don't like people who want to be nice to other people). It's hard for kids not to conform to what the majoritiy of their age group wants them to conform to because otherwise other kids their age will shun them or tease them (I got confused just typing that).
Well put, sir

Socrates
Greek philosopher in Athens (469 BC - 399 BC)

This is nothing new. Don't concern yourself about it, every generation thinks the one below them is going off the rails and it doesn't happen.
I did think we might be falling into that trap, but in my case (in the UK) we have actual confirmation from the UN that Britain is the worse place in the developed world for raising children (obviously the water starved plains of the Goby desert would be worse if they where developed).

And honestly, I think even my own generation are shite - and my experience in Uni suggests that the UK is in serious trouble given the majority of subjects with needed skills where full of foreigners whilst "Media Studies" was full of Brits. (I did Engineering, to be clear).

I dunno, maybe I am falling into that trap, but honestly, I look at the next and current generation, see the yob culture, the lack of desire to make something of themselves ('what-ever!'), the sense of entitlement ('What? How dare you deny me my dream job just because I lack the skills!'), and this grossy banal 'celeb' culture where everyone thinks they can be rich and famous for no effort.

Actually, from my mothers own experience, children didn't ask for much back in her day. You knew better than to ask. The only take away available to you was fish and chips, even then you only got it every second week as a treat. There was also more emphasis on family values, something that is lacking in todays society. Things were better back then.

Im still 'a kid' (early teens), and I too am sick of my generation. Everyone is a spoilt brat/. Me too. But I know it, and try to avoid being too Git-ish, whereas others just whinge about their parents, their teachers, and their seventeen plasma-screns.
