Fixed. He just has a regenerating energy shield. Doomguy from the original Doom games is all sorts of badass. He's just one guy taking on and defeating the entire legion of Hell, being able to run as fast as a steroid junkie whilst carrying the BFG 9000.

K, I'll buy that...she's comparable, but still doesn't beat Vasquez in toughness and just pure attitude though.

I agree, however my vote is still Ripley. She may not have had the same toughness and raw attitude of Vasquez in Aliens, but she did keep a pulse! *zing*

Seriously though, she was cool headed and a wicked strategist, but with the mouth and bad ass attitude to strap a flamethrower to a full automatic w/ under the barrel grenade launcher.

U.S. Air Force

A tough guy who fights gun-to-gun and hand-to-hand on alien planets and/or alien spaceships is a "space marine" as per the trope. Whether you write "Marines" or "Air Force" or "Holy Legion of Angel-Cyber-Zombies" or "Martian Rent-A-Cop" on his uniform doesn't really matter.
