Strictly speaking they're still space marines, just a liddle bit more shiny.claymorez said:Best Space marine = Ragnar Blackmane from space wolf
Unless I am allowed to do the Chamber militant of the Ordo Malius the Grey Knights then its definetly Alaric - he takes on Khorne's gladiator world alone and survives!!

Fixed. He just has a regenerating energy shield. Doomguy from the original Doom games is all sorts of badass. He's just one guy taking on and defeating the entire legion of Hell, being able to run as fast as a steroid junkie whilst carrying the BFG 9000.Dark marauder said:Michael_McCloud said:And if anyone mentions Master Chief, then they should go to the lowest level of Hell.
MASTER CHIEF is generic.
I hate to sound like a broken record and all, but...RAND00M said:http://nivlemspeaks.files.wordpress.com/2009/03/blood-for-the-blood-god.jpg
I believe that is the greatest space marine of all time.
I agree, however my vote is still Ripley. She may not have had the same toughness and raw attitude of Vasquez in Aliens, but she did keep a pulse! *zing*Trace2010 said:*snip*
K, I'll buy that...she's comparable, but still doesn't beat Vasquez in toughness and just pure attitude though.

What's yours. Can be from either a game or a movie.
If you post anyone other than a space marine the you will ridiculed to the fullest extent of our abilities.
A tough guy who fights gun-to-gun and hand-to-hand on alien planets and/or alien spaceships is a "space marine" as per the trope. Whether you write "Marines" or "Air Force" or "Holy Legion of Angel-Cyber-Zombies" or "Martian Rent-A-Cop" on his uniform doesn't really matter.Puddle Jumper said:U.S. Air Force
