Brazil is to busy dealing with the drugs and crime in it's shithole cities, much like all south american countries.
Nobody cares about Canada. ( and they do have troops in afghanistan. or is it iraq? I can't remember.)
And in recent history, whenever France get involved in a war, they have a dong stuck in them.So they probably decided to stay out of it.

Why would anyone want to invade the US anyway? The era of more land equating to power in history is long gone (except in a few cases around the world). What is there to take? Oil? Maybe in Alaska? The economy? It's pretty strong, but it does cost a lot to have occupying forces present. I just don't see why anyone would seriously consider it, let alone the logistics of taking over a country America's size.
