if i was her i'd get at least 10-20 mutants in a room and touch all of them at the same time
Comments like that just beg for the follow-up of "And then make millions selling the video to the pr0n industry."

that did highly cross my mind as i typed that, but it was at the point of "and not a single fuck was given this day" so i don't really mind, still, quick to catch it at least..

i was thinking more along the lines of peter patrelli from heroes, but hey a massive mutant gang bang could also do the trick..

Honestly, I would have to go with Nightcrawler.

I just love both his character (the backstory and the personality) and his powers make him badass on a level that is hard to comprehend.

To kill him you would literally have to destroy every place he has ever been to in a way that fundamentally changes the landscape, all the while avoiding the fact that he could in all likelihood teleport a fucking car on your head.
Um, you obviously haven't been keeping up with the comics have you?
No, but I'm assuming that they've handicapped him in some retarded way like a line of sight teleport only.
Oh, they've handicapped him alright. I'm not spoilering this as the story's old now. Nightcrawler's dead.

My favourite mutant would have to be Deadpool, but apparently he doesn't count. Then Scarlet Witch, who again wouldn't count... then Blink, again... yadda yadda you get the picture. Xavier's students just aren't as cool as 99.9% of the other mutants in their universe.

Also: That guy who is a rocket. Cool. (saw him briefly in the cartoon)
Cannonball? He was in both X-Men: The Animated Series, and Evolution though I don't recall him appearing in Wolverine and the X-Men - but yeah I can't think of any other mutants who are "rockets" who appear in any of the cartoons.

No,Deadpool fanboys will be the most answers.
This irritates me, cause I read Deadpool when I was a kid, back when he was getting primed to be a Wolverine clone like they did to X-23. Then he gets written totally different and he's funny and silly, still had a story but it was more about him and the comic was awesome. Fast forward to 2004, everyone now "rediscovers" Deadpool, gets this huge popularity boom and I'm a fanboy asshole for liking him still.

Irrevalant I know, though Deadpool claims to be an X-Men member....and an Avenger but he's neither.

My favorite is definitely Cable, he's essentially Marvel's 'Dr. Manhattan' in the endgame. I like him cause he actually got a fairly decent story and he's not a pompous douche. Plus I mean, Jean's clone's son, how can you go wrong.

Cable isn't Jean's son. Cable is Madelyne Pryor's son. Yes she was a clone of Jean but they are very, very different characters. Also Maddie went craaaaaaazzzzy.

I never read the comics, barely remember the cartoons, and played a couple of the video games. Those games I played were the X-Men Clone Wars on the Sega Genesis, some X-Men game based on Wolverine (Not based on that god awful movie though), and another game that used Marvel characters. Out of all that exposure to the X-Men I find that my favorites are Wolverine and Gambit just because I think they're cool.

Same DNA though, he inherited her traits but you are correct. So far, Cable has been fairly stable and uberly humanitarian.

Can I choose Apocalypse? If so... that guy! He was a nifty villain in the cartoon.

If I can't choose him, well Magneto then. :/

Beast is probably my favorite character who is an actual X-Man.

But if we're just talking about mutant characters I have to give it to Jamie Madrox (Multiple Man)

I used to like Cyclops in the TV series, it still upsets me that they managed to turn him into a whiny little *****.

Gambit was always cool, because everything he touches explodes. Which is cool. Move over Stallone, this is the REAL Demolition Man.

And across all the films Prof X and Magneto are awesome. I was surprised how good a job they did in First Class, I half expected it to be a "X-Men 4: Let's cash in again" but they were all really good, especially those two.

Mystique - Her power may not be as dynamic as the others yet the fact that she's one of the oldest known living mutants. Shows that she's a master of adaptation and manipulation. She's one of the female mutants I really wouldn't betray because she'll make your life a living hell. basically the uber pissed off Ex girlfriend, she proves looks can kill. To me she's one of the best female chars created. It kinda made sad how she died though...

Emma Frost - Like Mystique I love the fact she's a master of adaptation and manipulation. Yet I have to respect the versatility of her powers organic diamond like body and one of the most powerful psychics in the marvel universe. I also like the fact she gone from one of the most dangerous women as White Queen of the Hellfire club to teaching young mutants as an X-men. I'll say again looks can kill.

Jubilee - I loved her spunky late 80's and 90's attitude and how she grew from being a punk mail rat kid to being a potential great future leader in the X-men. I also found her powers pretty damn cool overall IMO she was a possible omega class mutant. I say this because her power goes from pretty lights to basically the detonation of matter at a sub-atomic level. I also respected that she didn't want to use her potentially devastating power to kill or cause collateral damage. I really hated when Marvel depowered her and now turned her into a vampire...

While Deadpool is my favorite comics character ever, he technically isn't a real mutant. I'm going to have to say Magneto, if we're going with just mutants and not actual X-Men. The man is pretty much my idol.

If we're just strictly talking actual X-Men, I'm going with Gambit. So badass.

Cable for reasons below
Jegsimmons said:
also sort of off handed, but i think Cable has to be the worst character to come out of the xmen if not all of marvel.
Funnily enough he's my favourite comic character.

Don't judge me. I grew up in the 90's, the animated cartoon and issues of X-force and Cable.

Cable is Han Solo meets the Terminator meets every character R. Lee Ermey has ever played. He's the tough guy, no-nonsense leader with a secret past. He has come from the future (with crazy tech) to save the present. He's the militant mutant that Professor X could never be. If Professor X is MLK and Magneto is Malcom X, Cable is a sci-fi Chuck Norris with a plan..

I stopped reading comics, but a few years ago a friend recommended I read Cable & Deadpool (He was a huge Deadpool fan). Here was that same character I loved written smartly with a dry sense of humour, I fell back in love with comics. I read House of M and Civil War because they tied in loosely and triggered my curiosity. Inevitably I ended up reading vast collections of comics, from Marvel to DC to Vertigo and Wildstorm. My collection is massive and my knowledge vast pretty much thanks to my love of Cable.

My favourite run with him was the late Cable/Soldier X by Tischman and Macan, where he abandoned his costume to wander the world fighting religious extremists and absurdist Russian anarchists.

Jubilee... Pff-HAHAHAAAHAHAA-*snort*, I'm sorry.

Seriously, Rogue.

She's hot, has a positive disposition dispite her predicament, she can fly, and she can punch out 50-foot tall robots.

Actually she doesn't have any of Ms Marvel's powers anymore (flight, durability, strength). But on the upside now she can control her powers and choose what she takes be it skills, memories or powers. Also she can choose whether it affects the person she touches, so she can take down an enemy with it, but grab a friends power without hurting them.

Professor X (I don't understand why he doesn't telekinesis himself to make it look like he's walking.)
He only has telekinesis in the Ultimates, regular Xaiver just has telepathy.

No. During a fight the creature was able to figure out where he was teleporting to, and stuck its arm out, essentially impaling him.
[/quote]
Wait...What?He stuck his arm out and impaled him self because he teleported?Sorry,I havent read the comics as much as I've watched the cartoon. So,what affect does this have on him? Please answer,Im damn curious!
