Why are there suddenly so many My Little Pony Avatars?

I watched five minutes of the first episode

That was the problem. The first half of ep 1 is kinda slow, and that whole plot is done in two episodes anyway. Episode 3 is a much better starting point, it's got a good mix of all the characters. It's also more of a character driven toon than a laugh driven one, but it's good stuff

Meh, I mostly watch comedies (Psych, NCIS(sorta?), Penguins, Whose Line, etc) and crime/spy shows(Human Target, Burn Notice, NCIS, CSI Miami, White Collar, Criminal Minds, Hawaii Five-O, Psych) so maybe it's just not my thing.

I'm all for giving shows a chance, (hence why I didn't stop after a minute or two) but being uninterested at five or so minutes is where I draw the line.

I dunno. Powerpuff Girls was awesome for all its action, and Foster's was just plain epic. My Little Pony is just too cute for this Space Marine, plus there's not much I can relate to.

Though I will admit the opening theme has a catchy chord progression on electric guitar...

A little known fact is two hours of the show is equivelent to doing a line of cocain, and if you take a My Little Pony avatar away from someone who uses it, they will react the same way an alchoholic will react if you take away their booze. Its scary!
