It's nice to be able to sit down and lurk on a thread for hours, laughing at the hilarious remarks. I really should be doing something else, but it's nice to have a talk with the last sane people on Earth. It's like being one of the last survivors of a zombie invasion (the idiots) and walking into some abandoned concrete building (the Escapist) and finding a bunch of other un-infected people. (The posters.) There are a few infected people mixed in who are slowly becoming idiots, but the people here seem to dispose of them quite quickly, so there isn't too much of a danger.
