Counter Strike on steam, hated that game so much.

Yeah I know how could I hate CS, I just never got into it.
Yep, that. It's not that bad, it's really just frustrating with the game's aiming system of that stupid crosshair.

Rhythm Zone, a Guitar Hero ripoff on Steam.

It came with one of the Indie packs back around Thanksgiving, along with amazing games like Bit.Trip Beat, Beat Hazard, Audiosurf (which I unfortunately already own, and couldn't give the new copy as a gift to someone), and The Polynomial. Turns out it's a really crappy version of the GH formula, with the notes in each of the four lanes not matching up at all with the music that's playing, the fact that importing a song takes about 20 seconds for me, and overall, it's just not fun in the least.

Thank God it was only $1.25 to me, it's nowhere near worth the ten bucks they usually ask for.

Ummmm.....Demolition Company. I'll wait so you can pick your jaws off the floor. It was on sale, I played the demo, and the only pirated version was in German, sooo...yeah. Why? I like breaking things. Still cost too much.

Also, anything that went on sale the next day for %50 off.

Oblivion and Saints Row 2. Oblivion was on sale, so I'm not too worried and hell, I might even give it a better shot one day. But I will never forgive myself for spending ~$50 on SRII

Modern Warfare 2. The horror...

Bioshock 2 just disappointed my balls off.

Hell's Highway... loved the series, the videos made it look promising, and I got a kick in the balls for my loyalty. Thanks for turning a great tactical FPS into a fucking generic shooter!

Supreme Commander 2.

I love SupCom 1, I LOVE SupCom; Forged Alliance, so it makes sense I'd like SupCom 2, yes?

Nup.

I haven't even installed my copy yet, just played some of my fiance's copy. The way I found the game, I may never install it...

Demons's's Souls. What a piece of shit. And Mass Effect for PC, considering my PC can't run it.

Taking a look at my Steam library, I just can't figure out why in the world I bought Arma 2 and Operation Arrowhead. Damn you, sales!

Anyway, what are some games in your collection that you have no idea why you purchased?
I started up another game of AVP (the latest one), and quickly questioned why I bought the game in the first place.

It's just cardboard and plastic.

Tomb Raider Underworld. If that's the best Tomb Raider game of recent times, I dread to think what the others are like...
It's not. Legend and Anniversary were better. A LOT better.
Oh right. I read somewhere that Underworld was the best. I'm still not gonna buy those though.

The closest to this that I have experienced is Tom Clancy Hawx 2. It wasn't horrendous, but it just wasn't anywhere near as good as I had hoped. Also Team Fortress 2. I have seen the Orange Box hyped everywhere and I bought it to see if it actually did live up to expectation. Surprisingly, Half Life 2 and episodes plus Portal did live up to expectation. TF2 however just didn't excite me. Again it isn't because it was bad, just because it didn't get close to living up to the hype.

"Avatar-The Video Game"

Good movie, terrible game...
Avatar the Video Game

Good Series, poor movie, I have no idea about the game.

Please if you enjoyed the movie go out and find the series, it is much better. Far too much material to compress into a trilogy as I think the movie ended about the same place as the first season.
No, I love the series!!! I was talking about Blue-skinned, 10 Foot-Tall Avatar: the Video Game... How can I not love Airbender???

TF2.

I honestly cant stand the game, and cant see what the fuss is about. The machinima/lore is funny, the game is like pulling teeth.
TF2 has lore?
