Am I the only one here who doesn't see this as a joke, and if a joke a tasteless one at best?

Seriously, instead of allowing this thread to live with faux-"Suspension" notices for every user, just close it or remove the auto-suspend scripting. You already have people complaining about MOD abuse here and there, so why allow a thread that people can very easily misinterpret as more MOD abuse?

In short, here's my thoughts on this thread:

If you think I am participating in the ribbing along with everyone else, you are sorely mistaken. I am disgusted by this thread, and the message it sends to everyone here.​

You're absolutely right. I, personally, am appalled that a mod possessed the pure malice in his black soul to....to make a joke. That rat bastard is obviously making things worse for all of us by making all the posts on one topic look a little bit different. This thread is an atrocity. A crime against nature. An abomination of mankind. Everyone who posted here, especially the mod, should be tried for crimes against humanity, god and the universe. Because, as we all know:

So, let's put this in context, shall we?

If your boss comes up to you and says "You're on suspension for XXX reasons.", you would feel awful if you did nothing wrong. Still, no one says otherwise until one coworker says to you, "He was only joking". Is THAT a joke? No.

Content and context make jokes good. Flaunting power and scripting here does not.
