No, because God does not exist. But yes, He will be the cause of the downfall of the earth.
God, or all religion really, will cause the end of humanity. God is the reason for every war waged by humans in some way, shape, or form. Especially now.

No, God exists outside of time and space If time and space were to end, then He would be just fine.
