I think there was a German woman like this, she married her Garden fence. Then left it for a Brick Wall. I can't remember her name so I wouldn't be able to find a source for you all.

People like this make me giggle. Does that make me a bad person?

Dude. At least read the whole first post.

And... Wow. I don't think there's a choice for that sexual preference on Myspace...

Dear Gods. That she's in love with an amusement park ride is one thing, we all love amusement parks. But that "they share a fulfilling physical and spiritual relationship"? How can the ride share a relatioship when it has no emotions? That's not being different sexually, that's just being stupid..

I have. There's apparently a mental disorder where Japanese people die when they go to France. According to what I read - "Japanese have a mental breakdown due to the comparison of real France to their pop-culturized view of France." or something of the lines.
Wha? What do you mean die? I've read about the same thing and I read that they either have a mental breakdown or get really sad that the dream of cobbled streets, swanky restaurants and nice scenery doesn't live up to reality of this [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9YoN9mkyctI].

Slightly more on topic, it would be hilarious if someone married a snowman/igloo and the following spring it melts and "dies".

Anyway I am freakishly interested in what causes the brain to make her attracted to something that isn't alive or looks like a living organism.

Wasn't there this Japanese guy who wanted to marry an anime character?
I think so. It's creepy since they actuallt have pillows with pictures on them. Obviously, you don't want to become this kind of otaku.

Okay, so I had to click the article just to check that it wasn't dated April 1st. As it isn't I can only completely fail to understand why any sane person would do this.
Well, it's really no use trying to understand that, since she's insane.
That was the implication, yes.

I heard about this before on TV. I think it was QI.

Although I didn't hear about this specific example. The one I heard was about a German woman who'd been married to a wooden fence for a number of years.

Then they said she'd recently been quoted as saying she was cheating on it with a brick wall.
Someone married the Berlin wall didn't they? Was that the same person?

EDIT: Oops didn't see all the other identical posts..

Simply fascinating. Kinda like the guy who gets down and dirty with cars. Pretty epic mindset.
The documentary about the men who REALLY liked cars was pretty weird. Especially when one of the guys was having it off with the other guys car in the middle of the night. CHEATING!

One of the car men was into helicopters and that too. Cos helicopters are totally HOT.

I have never heard of such a bizarre mental condition as this. Truly bizarre.

Well, I've met Japanese people on Omegle who were wondering how I'm on the internet. They were surprised to hear Finns don't live in igloos.
