Let it go dude, qualifiers will begin for Poland 2012 in a few months and by then we'll have a new manager. (I predict, if he hasn't already, Capello will resign in the next couple of days). So lets concentrate on the future and put it down to the fact that we were pretty much dire the whole tournament.JourneyThroughHell said:Or Lampard's goal.

The fact is, I am not a fan of English. I am Russian and I already had to let it go once after our embarassing display against Slovenia.Pariah87 said:Let it go dude, qualifiers will begin for Poland 2012 in a few months and by then we'll have a new manager. Yeah. The worst thing is, Mexico was actually pretty damn good. They dominated the whole second half.MiracleOfSound said:You know it, I know it, England and Germany know it, the world knows it. Heck of a strike.
Or Lampard's goal.

When the sport is being this badly affected by their refusal to use technology, what's the point in even playing it? So unjust. And Mexico got screwed even worse tonight. HOW did that linesman not call that offside...
All we have to do to see FIFA's horrible mistakes is to turn up the volume on our TV...JourneyThroughHell said:[

This is so unfair.
EDIT: This is what the FIFA.com report says about the Lampard goal: "Meetings between these two sides often provide talking points and this one's came 60 seconds later when Lampard's shot from the edge of the box struck the underside of the crossbar and bounced down, with the referee ruling the ball had not crossed the goalline".
Yeah, no mention anywhere else, no words about how EVERYONE saw it was a goal and no mention of Tevez's offside goal anywhere on the site.
If FIFA is trying to cover up its horrible mistakes, they are doing a horrible job at it.
What about the one by Honda in the Japan/Denmark game?JourneyThroughHell said:It was fantastic, sure, but I would say that Fabio Quagliarella's super goal for Italy was better.CK76 said:Carlos goal the best thus far this World Cup?

That would be us against Brazil then, should be a great match!Spinozaad said:The Netherlands is up against Brazil or Chili.
Go Orange! It might have been a boring match, but Robben is still in top form.
So, yeah. Woo!
You could win, Argentina were shit against Mexico, got 2 extremely lucky goals.HK_01 said:Paul says we'll win against Argentina, woohoo!

Also, I'm rooting for the Oranje in the match against Brazil.
I don't want to think about qualifiers for Euro's after the last failed attempt to qualify. Wow we have a diabolical national team sometimes.Pariah87 said:Let it go dude, qualifiers will begin for Poland 2012 in a few months and by then we'll have a new manager. Must admit I let out a girlish laugh at that when it went in, what a strike it was. Best of the tournament so far for me.Superbeast said:What about the one by Honda in the Japan/Denmark game?
One hell of a free kick, even if Denmark's goalie mucked up big time.

Hahahaha. Nice touch.Urdnot Wrex said:The England team went out to visit an orphanage in Cape Town on Saturday morning. "It's good to put a smile on the faces of people with no hope, constantly struggling and facing the impossible," said Jamal Umboto, aged 6.
It's decided then. They might aswell skip the formalities and not play, I'm sure Argentinia would understand. Good rest for them before the semi-finals.HK_01 said:Paul says we'll win against Argentina, woohoo!
It was a hell of a game - one of the few that I watched (I'm not overly interested in football).wooty said:Must admit I let out a girlish laugh at that when it went in, what a strike it was. Best of the tournament so far for me.
That's it then. Victory is assured! God, I love that clearvoyant cephalopod.HK_01 said:Paul says we'll win against Argentina, woohoo!
