Not worried at all. I liked DA2, and I've seen several games that have come out quicker than this that did well enough.
Besides, it's not like the game has changed developers, or is going in a direction completely opposite of the original theme like say becoming more actiony when you're a horror game, or losing the gothic styling that was what you based your series on, or sacrificing the "one man alone in a harsh environment" for "generic teams slugging it out in the typical run through of stages for an action game" or large open worlds full of exploration alongside a working combat system for a linear path with a combat system that fights against you as much as for you, or subverting a political psuedofantasy realm populated by interesting characters for a completely fantasy one with one game having a main character who has no motivation for even being with the rest of the team and remains the worst character of an absurdly long running series, or deciding to retcon half of your game because you want to somehow work in a secret organization that has nothing to do with your original "cross X with Y" set up that worked so well, or decide to make a racing game out of the franchise, or come under executive meddling yet again that ends with having to finish a 6 part series on the third game, or decides to take 12 years making your game only to have it all pieced together at the end by another developer.
There have been much worse developments and results. Seriously, quit complaining about the game until it's actually out and trust the people who are one of the top two Western RPG makers that they haven't decided to jump off the deep end for the hell of it on the finale of a series they obviously have been working very hard on to get right for the "fans."
