A lot of people were praising 'High school of the dead' so i gave it a shot. It had some good moments but to me it just looked like an excuse to show off some jiggling tits.

Worst ever? Tie between Dragonaut: The Resonance and Kaze no Stigma.

On the one hand, we have Dragonaut, which starts out just awful. Inane relationship triangles, fragmented plot, nonsensical leaps in setting, and fanservice that blew past 'sexy' and 'silly' and right into 'offensive'. I can't really describe how aggresively bad the first half of this show is. The second half is decent, after they duct-tape together all the pieces of the plot and pare away some of the more annoying characters, but it never really gets good.

On the other hand, we have Kaze no Stigma. While never as aggressively bad as Dragonaut's first half, it's also never really as 'good' as Dragonaut's second half either. It's just consistently bad in that bland, boring sort of way the entire run of the series - and that's probably the only consistent thing about it. Was it a slam-bang action movie? A lightheared rom-com? A heartwrenching drama? A serious thriller? I couldn't figure it out, because it never seemd to either.

Special mention for the most dissapointing show I've ever watched: Cowboy Bebop. When all of anime fandom promises you the moon in this show, and it turns out to be boring, shallow, and disconnected (though quite stylish), you really know what it's like to be dissapointed. It's honestly the most dissapointing thing I've ever watched, ever. It wasn't terrible, but it was far cry from the 'greatest anime of all time' like so many people tout it to be.

It's one of those love it or hate it series. You'd be hard pressed to find anyone who thought it was 'OK'. Pretty much the same with the rest of Shinichiro Watanabe-sensei's stuff.

Still got Kaze no Stigma in the 'to-watch' harddrive, is it just super-power-fight anime cliche?

Really that's all it was.
Even the director admitted that's the only reason most people will watch it, so that's all he was gonna give em.
The manga was pretty shitty as well.

Not really bad in any way, but I personally did find Hellsing to be rather boring and uninteresting.
The original 13 episode series was TERRIBLE it kinda went off into its own retarded subplot and then finished the series off in a complete WTF moment. The OVA reboot were much much better.

And the manga is better still.
I need to finish it and finish the OVAs.

The last season of Major, compared to the previous ones it sticks out like a sour thumb, I couldn't force myself to finish it.

Oh, too many, and I'm an anime 'fan'.

Aoi Yori Aoshi (manga was a bit crap as well)
Rio Rainbow Gate (fan service + casino is not a good idea)
Death Note (M & N just ruined both it and the manga for me)
Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann (just to piss some people off, but I genuinely didn't like it)

You're making me remember shit I don't want to.
Yeah, agreed, didn't like M + N in death note, it started off amazing and continued like that, without spoiling, after such and such happened, M + N's introduction kinda killed it and kept it dragging like a dog on a leash tied to a speeding car ¬_¬
I think anime writers just don't know when to stop a series. It seems to be a theme in anime that the show will find a great place to end, but then it doesn't and instead it just keeps going with no point to it.

This happened with Deathnote, it happened with Gantz, it happened with evangelion, and a ton of other animes a list of which would be too long to ever commit to paper.

Evangelion is at the top of my poop list. I'm sure there are a lot of low-quality garbage time filler animes like Naruto to mention, but Evangelion had a lot of money and talent behind it...or at least they thought so.

Hated that show.

I tried Lucky Star once and. I could not get into it. I just did not understand.
Could be because there's no story. I loved that show for some reason. :p

The original had amazing music though (the only soundtrack I've ever actually paid for instead of just downloading from the internet), so I forgive the plot for not being good.

Tales of Eternia, I've seen a lot of animes that I thought were crap or boring, but this one is special because it is from a genre that I usually like the most but even so I didn't find it the least bit entertaining. It wasn't just boring and cliche. Every moment of it made me wanna stop watching. I really don't know how I managed to finish it.

School Days... I just hated every aspect about that show from start to finish... it was just made of atrociousness...
yup...the only part i liked was when the love triangle turned into double homicide... i lol'd hard...though it still didnt change the fact that it was all over the place...

it was like, "oh, she's the girl of my dreams, i'm gonna spend 5 episodes getting the balls to ask her out only to spend the rest of the time fucking everyone else"

my list goes on
Deathnote: first season rocked, but it got overplayed in the second one

Elfen Lied: despite it having nice underlining messages, it still felt like a bloody boob bath.

Naruto: OMG, this was never good. It's over drawn and it needs to just end. I dont get why people act like it's the best thing ever

Bleach: see my reasons for Naruto

One Piece: AH! it blows ass!

most other anime made today: with the exception of 1 or 2 others, most of the anime today is utter garbage.

here are anime i really enjoyed though:

Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood :they did an amazing job with this, the story was fucking magnets, even if a few parts were drawn out and lengthy...

Code Geass: it had it's moments of "lolwut that was gay", but over all i really enjoyed it

K-ON! : yeah.... i said it, i loved it, it made me laugh, it made me cry, it made me learn girly songs on the guitar! it was epic

Mobile Suit Gundam. Was just aweful...
Which one? There's like at least 20.
The one with that guy in it. It was pretty much the original, I found it the least enjoyable of all the mech shows I've watched.

Um...
Ping Pong Club.
But the thing is, i can't really say it was horrible. Well, it was ,but in a way, it wasn't.
I mean, the jokes were so random but funny. But it was sooo sick. I mean, did you see what that midget guy did with those dogs??? And the ladybug scene... AAAARGH. WHY??? Those images were burned into my skull. But i seriously suggest checking it out, maybe you'll like that humor. I really can't describe it. It was just...gah. No words. Just go and watch it. I really can't make up my mind about that show... i mean, "Moshi-moshi?". What. The Fuck. Seriously, the creators of that HAD to be taking some LSD or whatnot...

But i really disliked (like, REALLY) Lucky Star.

But yeah, go check Ping Pong Club out. It's just... no words.
