Waking up from a dream convinced that your best friend is dead and you found her body. The convinced she was dead part only lasted about 10 minutes, and even though I talked to her later it still took me a couple of weeks to shake the feeling of loss that it gave me.

Waking up and seeing my mom standing over me with a knife. Good thing she was cooking and not trying to murder me. Also waking up after any surgery is a ***** and a half. I love being put under, I hate being brought back up.

Thinking I have work in the first 30 seconds of waking up on a Saturday. Most panicked 30 seconds of my life.

I woke up to a kitten attacking my beard.

I have woken up with a blinding pain in my chest (one of my friends dropped ten dollars of pennies on me to wake me up)

I have woken up naked on my friends couch not knowing how I got there.

Yeah, that is the worst.

The worst thing was probably when I woke up and couldn't open my eyes. They were kind of stuck for a while, and I thought I had gone blind or I had sewed them shut in my sleep.

I remember one time i woke up with sleep paralysis and started hallucinating that there was a monster or some kind of demon chanting something to me... needless to say I couldn't sleep for the rest of the week

Another time I had sleep paralysis i started hearing a drill powering up then felt it start to drill in the side of my head. I have a few more experiences with sleep paralysis but these are the worst.

Fuck sleep paralysis

oh god i fucking hate spiders, if i woke up with one on me, i dont think i would ever sleep again.

OT i suffer from what my old psych teacher calls Sleep Drunkeness. Ill wake up and ill be half asleep, for instance ill look at a clock and read 3:14 ill know that they are numbers and i can read them, but i have no idea what they mean. On several occasions ive woken up at 2am, thinking it was 7 and started my morning routine(shower, dress, eat, etc...). Its the worst thing ever. Sometimes ill think there is some1 in my room, so ill talk to them, then after a few mins ill turn on the light and remember that i was sleeping. When i first got my dog i thought she was running around my room when she was rly sleeping down the hall in my parents room.

I woke up falling sideways, then smashed full on into the baulkhead by my bunk. I was on a yacht in the North Sea, and it was a really stormy night.

Also, being woken up by my mother so I can go and clean up cat vomit/pee/poop is never any fun. And that happens about every other morning...

Waking up covered in your own puke is pretty bad too, especially the smell. And I hadn't even been drinking; I was just ill.

Waking up the morning after walking up mountains all day is nasty - the first time you move your stiff muscles they hurt so much! Likewise, waking up soaking wet and freezing, and knowing that you have another day of walking ahead of you sucks.

Wow, I have a lot of these. I'm glad I've never had sleep paralysis though. That'd probably make me go crazy...

This is different. I was on vacation in Israel with my family. We stayed at my grandparent's house. We all went to sleep, then, 2 hours later, I woke up to hear a creaking noise. I woke my dad up, and he got out of bed. It turned out the noise was his bed, which collapsed as soon as he got out.

Are you a lumbering but lovable klutz who talks to himself, leading everyone to laugh behind your back all the time? If so: Hey Shejjie, how's your holiday going? You knew everything i just said right? Yeah i thought so. X)

JK, I don't think so, no.
while I do consider my self a klutz, and I do talk to my self more then I should (what? Im a pretty damn good listener), my name is not shejjie, so I guess either one of us was kidnapped and had his memmories altered by the govermant, or the same thing happened to me and your cousin... I preffer to think the former is the more reasonable one
Oh....My....GOD, that's just what Shejan would say. Now you're freakin me out, mate. :/

And why is the captcha an American airlines ad?

Once I awoke while rapidly descending from the top bunk of a bed. More than once I was rudely awoken by high explosives detonating in my vicinity.
