One time I woke up to hear my radio say "Good morning listeners, it's seven o'clock on Friday the 12th... Oh, sorry, Tuesday the 12th!"

I immediately stopped using that station as my alarm.

Hmm today it was:

- realized heat in apartment wasn't working
- noticed power went out, clock blinking 12:00
- air mattress has a leak
- fml

---- later

- get to work, notice flat tire

I swear if today had a face, I'd punch it.

1) Nut shot from my friends (the dicks, XD)
2) Seeing a fat girl (not that it mattered her weight) in my bed next to me with a headache and the certainty that I didnt drink anything last night.
3) Seeing a Brown Recluse crawling across my lap (wolf spider aint got nothing on that)
4) Getting out of bed, and stepping in a mouse trap (friends)
and finally
5) Waking up in the girls locker room while they were coming in (I fell asleep in class and myt friends thought it would be funny to move me).

If today had a face it would probably be this:

Sleep paralysis was one I experienced too. I've also had the dead arm one, which is scary as shit. You don't realize how much your arm weighs until you can't move it.

I think worse than those two though, is when I was about 8. I woke up with BOTH of my eyes crusted shut from Pink Eye. I was screaming for a half hour because no one was home and i didn't know what to do or what it was.

i once woke up in a bed i didn't recognize and the last thing i remembered was that something exploded in my hand. after 30 seconds i slowly started coming back: I was hung over, the thing that exploded was a minor firecracker that detonated the second AFTER i let go and apparently i had hooked up with a girl i never met before. New years

I somehow dont think so. If anything he would steal them even though they're flat.

Sometimes I end up sleeping on my arms, so inevitablely I wake up and I can't feel my arms. It was especially bad once considering I had a dream about losing my arm I've never felt so frightened within seconds of waking up.

There was another time I woke up and I couldn't breathe in through my nose. It turns out I had a horrible nosebleed while I was asleep so I couldn't breathe in through my nose because the blood had dried and clogged my nostrils. There was a casualty in this event too my favorite Power Rangers pillow was absolutely destroyed.

wait, are you my cousin?

OT: in addition to the obvious hint above, I once woke up smashing my head (nose-first) into the wall... that was fun...
Are you a lumbering but lovable klutz who talks to himself, leading everyone to laugh behind your back all the time? If so: Hey Shejjie, how's your holiday going? You knew everything i just said right? Yeah i thought so. X)

JK, I don't think so, no.
while I do consider my self a klutz, and I do talk to my self more then I should (what? Im a pretty damn good listener), my name is not shejjie, so I guess either one of us was kidnapped and had his memmories altered by the govermant, or the same thing happened to me and your cousin... I preffer to think the former is the more reasonable one

I was on holiday with my girlfriend and my brother and his girlfriend on a motorcycle tour through europe. we had party'd for almost whole night and me and my girlfriend weren't in the mood to get up. So my brother puts his harley's exhaust into our tent and gives it some POWERRRR. If that wasn't enough in, our scared to deathness our tent broke loose and we rolled down a steep hill while still in our tent.

If I wake up at weird times I get migraines so bad they make me throw up. I don't even know what it is, but I can feel them forming when I wake up, so that's what I'm going to blame.

Summer camp. Crack of dawn. Covered in fire ants. NOT. FUN.

I then spent the next 2 minutes or so running around the campground in my underwear screaming my head off. Also not fun.

I woke up in an elevator tied to a mattress. I'm not lying.

During my cousins wedding we were in Toronto at a hotel. I had to sleep in the room with my sister and her boyfriend. A bed was brought in that was on a steel frame with wheels on one end so it could be stood up and pushed. We went to party after the wedding, I was 14 and there was alcohol, that my sisters BF was glad to get me. You can see where this is going

Basically I got incredibly drunk, so I went back to our room and fell asleep. Who knows how long later, I woke up with a hangover, in the elevator, tied to a matress leaned against the wall. It took me about 5 minutes and a couple awkward trips with a few people getting to their floor (Neither of them tried to help me..),to get myself free. I walked into my room, my sister and her boyfriend were asleep. So I got 2 jugs of water from the room service and poured it on them. I laugh now but I swear I was ready to kill them that night..

When I was very little, I got bad conjunctivitus. I woke up and found all of the excess sleep had fused my eyelids shut. Cue panic. Unfortunatley, my parent slept upstairs, at the other end of the house. I managed to get it all off myself, but it scared the hell out of me. :(

my bed collapsing
Same with me.

I was a little girl sleeping on the bottom bunk while my brother claimed the top bunk. It was nearly about time for us to wake up and as I was doing so, I heard a strange noise.

By the time my eyes opened fully, I saw the top bunk come crashing down. I caught it just in time as it then veered sideways and my brother rolled off. It was kinda freaky.

Waking up surrounded by dogs that want me to take them outside and 'explore' the outdoors with them...even in winter.

I once woke up after a nightmare where I was stabbed to have some pain when I'd be stabbed, it was only for the slightest of moments.

Waking up after 3 dreams where I was: Working at the escapist (most recent) Happily married and on my own, and about to get married. I was so sad afterwards I didn't want to get out of bed.

Most depressing days tbh, I hated it.
