Not the worst ever but very terrible. Why pay £40 for a run off the mill version of the special stages from Sonic 2?

The worst game I've ever actually purchased is Boogie for Wii. And the semi-joke ad I put up on another site I admin. trying to dump it. It was written tongue in cheek, but I'd have been happy to get anything in trade. Of course no one was stupid enough to want it, so I keep it around as a reminder to read reviews before buying. So don't actually PM me here looking for it, I'm not selling it here or anything.

Plus no one should ever buy it.

Ever.

Played once, so it's like new, comes with everything it came with.

This game absolutely fucking sucks.

I'm not kidding, this way no one whines, "OMG you sold me a shitty game". I'm telling you, it's a shitty game. It's an utter piece of shit and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. It sells itself as like DDR with singing, but it's like if DDR got drunk one night and had a one night stand with the starfish from Spongebob's ugly cousin who was doing drunk karaoke. DDR gets knocked up, then had a back alley abortion. The aborted remains would be Boogie.

The only quality thing about it is that it comes with a very nice USB microphone, like stage type mic. Unfortunately such a thing is absolutely useless outside of this game really. Plus you need to use that clunky ass mic to 'sing', while manipulating the Wii and the nerdchuck. Apparently no one told the retarded chimps on crack who thought up this game that humans don't have opposable thumbs on their feet, so we only have TWO FUCKING HANDS.

*I'm removing the portion involving what I wanted for the game. Now I just want world peace. And a pony.*

Starship Troopers. Worst FPS ever. I was led to believe that I could expect snarky one liners and more satire by a (former) friend. Stay away, far away.

Any and all of the singstar games, now before you ramble on about how much fun you've had with mates, this game has led to my ps2 being stolen by my sisters and of course the house to be flooded with the singing of tone-deaf people.

Me? I haven't played any of the classic bad games, but the worst two that I can think of are Mall Tycoon for the PC and Tales of the Abyss for the PS2 (seriously).

Mall Tycoon is a game wherein you pick a lot that varries in color, place random buildings, spend half an hour figuring out how to make these buildings to anything, then hope to Jesus that people will buy your stuff. Preeeety much sums up my experience before I found out just what happens when you microwave a CD...

Tales of the Abyss wasn't so much "bad" as it was a waste of my time when I had Tales of Symphonia at the same home. The story was pretty condiluted and simply assumed that you knew all of the vocab (Fonon Slots anyone?) told by about 7,146 characters with no personality. Loading times were horrid; while five seconds for every battle doesn't sound bad, just sit still for that time...then imagine doing that when you are supposed to be having fun. Then, the main character destroys the world and you play as someone else, expected to like this person, understand the events and know where to go. Yeah. This is one of two games I didn't finish because I'd rather cut off my foot (The other being FF XII).

Without a doubt, SUPER PITFALL for the NES. The one and only game I not only called the company (Activision) and complained about, but I took a sledge hammer to the damned cartridge.

Famous Five Treasure Island game. It was the single most painful experience I've ever been through.

Jet Force gemeni for the n64. The only Shooter I've played where you have to hold down the right shoulder button to aim anywher other than at your own head and If you did decide to aim you couldn't move. Also If you weren't moving your reticule it zipped straight back to your face......Horrible game only got to the second level after a month of play and still can't get to the second level anytime i try and play it now.
Quite a few FPS's have a system whereby 1. you can't move while aiming and 2. the reticule recenters if you don't.

Aaanyway. Sonic and the Secret Rings gets my vote in recent memory. In fact, I can't remember ever hating a game so much that I put it down...Well, except for games based on World War II, but I just assume I suck at them.

I made a hate video of Secret Rings. Go me.

(Most games, no matter how much I hate them, bore me into stopping, rather than caused my brain to explode with malevolance.)

Dare I mention Diablo? I can't even get past the first level without uninstalling the game out oh sheer hatred. The combat is annoying and dull, and well everything about it is pretty much the same.

You should rot in hell for these words...

I wanted to say MMOs but once I saw Rig Bigs(misspelled intentionally) and ET, my face just fell off...Compared to those MMOs are a theophany. I'm just amazed and speechles. I haven't played these games but still counts. A game I played and it sucked was The Sims (if one sucks, they all suck since it's a serie)and the Big Buck Hunter series.

P.S: "You're winner!"

There's a lot of strong contenders, but I'm gonna jump on the ET bandwagon, with an honourable mention to Shaq Fu. Gotta wonder how some of these things ever reach completion.

The worst game i ever bought was Halo 3. I never really liked the series but there was so much hype around this game and everyone on my friends list had it, so i had to buy it. I thought the single player was decent but the multiplayer really dissapointed me. I traded that as soon as i got cod4.
