EDIT: also Alone in the dark...the Wii version...dont know what it was like on other consoles but on the wii it was horrific, the worst driving controls and just generaly a very bad game. Shame too because i was looking forward to it.
I've said this in another thread, but I'll share it with you as well: get the PS3 version, Alone in the Dark: Inferno.

I too bought the game on release (for both PS2 and PC) and was underwhelmed by one of the games I'd most been looking forward to. I even bought the Collector's Edition and ended up keeping everything but the game, which I gave away.

Skip to a couple of years later, and I get a PS3. I saw that version of the game on sale for something like 10 bucks, and found out that it was the game as it was meant to be on release. That's why the PS3 version is different, they released it much later than the rest, fixed a lot of the bugs and added to it the Inferno title to differentiate it from the other versions. And THAT was the game I had been waiting for. A shame that by then, everyone had dismissed the game and that upgraded version came out all but un-noticed.

Lego Star Wars II for the Nintendo DS.

It was so glitchy to the point it's impossible to complete the entire game. I've lost count of how many times I fell out of the game area. Hell, you can drive vehicles in the Cantina.

Probably this one GBA game I played, cant even remember the name, but it was about sea trading, and hiring crew, he'll, you could even get drunk till you pass out. Not sure, but I think that it had "seven seas" in the name. It was honestly a god awful piece of crap. If any knows the name, please tell me.

That, or ninja reflex for the ds.

Gonna go with Force Unleashed 2. I didn't realize that you can make an entire game out of filler.

Then why the hell did they release the original game if it seems they KNEW it was unfinished??!!
from what I remember, publisher pressure. The PS3 version didn't come up until later, so they had all the time in the world to work out the kinks.

Played Super smash Brothers (The new one, don't know name) on the wii of a friend lately.
Oh my god! Is this bad! I never stoped playing the first one and even now i enjoy it with a couple of friends when we enjoyed some "nature". But this one is just bad.
I just didn't get what my character was doing. I know that the wii controlls are shit, but why did my mister game just transformed into an octopus and finished off every enemy on the screen, when I didn't do anything.

Seriously the wii - controlls screw this game, because it's not a game to learn an entire new controll sceme for. It's a game you're supposed to fire up with a couple of friends, where nobody has to know something about it and still have fun.

The worst game I have ever played was Phantasy Star: Universe.

I am a huge fan of narrative role playing games, with heavy story and characterization focuses. So with me I have to be able to like the story above all else (i.e. graphics, aesthetics, combat, voice acting ect.) And unfortunately this game was slow to get the story going, never mind that along with that every other aspect of the game was POORLY done. Confusing and uninteresting battles, over extensive yet not really fulfilling items/ weapons. how can something offer so much yet it so empty?

Also I'm not a fan of FPS' honestly I hate them, BUT I will not say they are the worst games ever, cuz I understand why they are popular and 'good'. I just dont personally agree with that.

I'm sad at all the hate for Too Human, some days it does feel like I am the only one who likes it :( (shut up I know i'm not the only one, I think)

OT: Front Mission Evolved, sure as shit showed me not to buy a game on name alone. Seriously I saw Front Mission on the front page of Steam so I instantly went and bought it. Holy shit was I disappointed. They turned a sweet Turn Based RPG with pretty decent mech customization. Into an FPS with shitty customization. They tried to make it an Armored Core type of game or just a mech FPS. It probably almost gave me cancer

Tekken 6. Working at Blockbuster, I thought to myself "I haven't given the fighting genre a shot in a long while" and got it as a free rental. The next day I brought it back. I started the game and either I missed something or, it really did force me into a sort of adventure-mode beat-em-up thing where my character (who I couldn't select) was fighting...I don't remember...moved around like a tank with broken treads and, had hit detection on par with a blind person.

I hated this game even after giving it the 5-minute test. Too Human (the demo) was better. Predator on the NES was better. Force Unleashed 2 (the demo) was better and people who read my rantings know how I feel about that last one. Hell, I had more fun with SHAQ-FU.

ET the extra terrestrial or whatever the name of that old game based on ET was called. It's pretty classic for it's sheer terribleness (it's apparently up there in the top 10 of worst games of all times) and chances are you've heard of it. I can honestly say it was the most nauseatingly fucking awful thing I've ever played.
That was really awful my fellow geriatric.
ET is easy to remember because it was so bad it crashed the industry and there's all the urban legends of the ancient video game burial ground where tons of them were buried....
and those poor people who lived in the house built over it for a while.

I also remember the Raiders of the Lost Ark game (my friend Greg had it) being just as awful. Movie based games have always been bad.

I actually played E.T. for the atari 2600 on my xbox. The game literally drains your will to live, after 5 minutes if someone would've handed me a gun I'd have shot myself.

Sonic Riders, Sonic Unleashed, Too Human, Deus Ex invisible war, Duke Nukem Forever, Superman 64, and the Green Lantern movie tie in game. I'm surprised I still like video games.
