You might want to fix that typo.Hyena Slade said:Dead Redemption a few nights ago, I saw a enemy on a horse riding near me, so I shot his horse in the head and him once in the heart with a High Powered Pistol, he fell off the horse and faceplanted the gravel road and flipped over twice, he started to get up and I SHIT him again in the spine, he started getting up again, I shot him in the neck, he was still moving so I switched to a moletov and lit him on fire, still took him a good 10 seconds to die.
What are your stories?
Best mistype you can ask for.Hyena Slade said:I shit him again in the spine
I also remember back in the days of playing splitscreen Halo on the original xbox, and to get a headshot with the sniper rifle all you had to do was draw the crosshair quickly over the enemies head, the autoaim would do the rest. It's good to see that in 10 years hit detection has improved so much. It was taken from a youtube video, but I can't remember whose.
Heh yeah.. totally my fault. :|SirBryghtside said:That's your fault, not Morrowind's. I'm guessing you were using the Iron Dagger on the mudcrab just outside the Lighthouse in Seyda Neen, despite putting no points into Short Blade. But LOL LOOK AT THIS IT HAZ OUTDATED SYSTEM IN THE YEAR 2002!!111!1!!!xXxJessicaxXx said:Morrowind...I once had a low level fight with a mudcrab and didn't hit it once despite desperate flailing, no lie. (I am aware that it has to do with hit calculations...but come on...)
...please.
OT: Playing TF2, I decided to find out what they were by hitting an idle scout. They are WAY too big.
Someone's been playing my favorite game it seems:xXxJessicaxXx said:Heh yeah.. totally my fault. :|SirBryghtside said:That's your fault, not Morrowind's. Not like I was using a longsword with a character with long blade skill. I have a bit more brains than that you know.
I also played Morrowind when it was released.
Well, sometimes you just roll a bunch of 1's because the game feels like being a dick. Thankfully "hit" is no longer left to spreadsheets in TES games anymore!xXxJessicaxXx said:In defense of my mudcrab misadventure I had been playing through the game quite successfully up until that point so I really think it was an evade bug or the like rather than hit shenanigans.
Though it was fun to drain Vivec of magicka and have him literally unable to punch you. As with most things Morrowind, they were annoying - But when it got around to exploiting them, it was pretty damn funny.Fappy said:Well, sometimes you just roll a bunch of 1's because the game feels like being a dick. I actually did that really recently. Every time I have fought Vivec I have ended it swiftly and only recently realized that he actually has a finite magicka pool. Its fucking hilarious.bobfish92 said:Though it was fun to drain Vivec of magicka and have him literally unable to punch you.
