I've never had anything really bad, worst thing was when I broke my finger the smallest one out to the left on my left hand (pinky??) was when I held my hand upwards 90 degrees to the left... it hurt a little bit.

Pleurisy, in both my lungs... its where the lining of the lungs changes and becomes inflamed, causing everything to rub and itch and generally hurt each time you breath, which is pretty damn horrible i can tell you :(

Well that's reassuring to know, I've always wanted a stroke.

I hear that migraines are also connected to Epilepsy. In fact I actually had it for about 3-4 years before getting these migraines. They started once I stopped taking medication for it.

Probably eczema, but not on my arms or anything. I had it all over my face, giving me this scaly look from temple to temple and parts of my eyes. All cleared up now though.

I had tubes put in my ears and then you get this green snot coming out of your ear randomly and in large volumes.

I fell off my bike and broke my right femur in six places. Now I have a metal plate grafted on to the bone that was used to keep it straight while it healed. I couldn't get out of bed for 3 weeks and couldn't walk for six months. If I had broke it just a little higher up I wouldn't be walking right, so I guess I got lucky in that regard. Still, it sucked.

No idea what I had but last year I could only eat or drink about a thimble of anything at a time without vomiting. Had that for a week and a half.
I had that exact same thing last summer. I got it from eating at Subway.

Wow. That's some sphincter clenching s**t happening people. My best wishes for a speedy recovery to all.

My worst was the need to have all my wisdom teeth out at once, plus two lower teeth (to make room in my mouth for other f**ked up teeth). In the same operation the surgeons also cut and extended my jaw (lower) to fix my overbite. Morphine for 2 days, codeine for a week and pureed (?) food for 3 weeks until the pain and swelling subsided. My mum basically made soup out of every meal, even a beef roast. The day I got to eat soggy cereal was THE best!

Depression. It never ceases to provide me with opportunities for subconscious self-sabotage and general life fuck-uppery...
Fake depression or real? Not to insult but what are your symptoms?
Lack of enthusiasm for anything, mood swings, inability to concentrate, social anxiety, extreme lethargy, chronic procrastination... also have been prescribed citalopram.
A lot of times that can just be in the mind... ways do exist to manage it, including medicine, and some alternatives...
Of course it's in the mind, it's depression. I have been prescribed medicine and am seeing a counsellor. Other than that I don't know what else I could do.
Well you COULD do electroconvulsive-therapy but I don't recommend that.

Getting a pet has been shown to help majorly with depression as long as you like said pet of course and you spend time with it (and I'm serious).

Look into nutrition supplements as well.
Lol, ECT is a treatment of extreme last-resort, and rarely performed these days.

As for the pet, I know where you're coming from. To be honest I'd quite like a pet, but I just don't have the room in my life for one. To properly take care of an animal you need to have a stable home and plenty of time to look after it, give it exercise and attention etc. I don't really have either of these unfortunately.

Well, I might as well list the various things I've been through.

A year ago, I broke my Collar Bone, and dislocated my shoulder all in one accident because I was being a complete dumbass with some friends and Gravity decided it would be fun to fuck me over. I managed to pop my shoulder back into place before I got to the ER because there's no way in hell I'm letting a doctor jerk my arm around for ten minutes while I bite on a rag.

I had my Wisdom Teeth removed about three months ago. So I had to endure about three and a half weeks of tasting nothing but blood and apple sauce... And more blood. Switching out the Gauss was akin to defusing a bomb, and I couldn't fucking talk without screaming and crying like a little girl afterwords.

I've had various minor concussions through out my high school career, I like to play dodge ball, and my school plays with volley balls so I've caught one or two of them to the head going about thirty plus miles an hour. It doesn't happen very often though, but when it did it felt like hell and my face would be red for the rest of the day.

And I get various bruises for playing hard. They usually come from the local gymnastic place because I tend to land a bit awkwardly when I come off the main trampoline. The biggest bit of pain is when I missed the foam pit entirely and slammed into the matted floor, which didn't do a whole lot in terms of cushioning and half of my upper body looked like I had just been in a bar fight with a bunch of Military guys.

The worse sickness I've been through was a nasty case of Food Poisoning because the United States Education System serves me what barley passes for prison food and my stomach finally rebelled, and I blew chunks in the bathroom in Second Period Advanced Biology, it escalated when I got home to full blown explosive shit storm where I was confined to a toilet for four hours and nearly passing out from dehydration, and then my mom came home with the same thing.

I have a skin rash similar to Eczema but not Eczema as the normal treatmeants for Eczema don't work. its on the right side of my right hand and if left untreated consumes the whole hand in scaly skin and patches that just look like burned skin. i've been to six different doctors and none of them know what it is as all the treatments used at first worked but then the condition started to build up an immunity, so soon the treatment no longer worked.

right now moisturizers keep it at bay but nothing has yet to clear it up in 4 years of treament, although like Eczema it gets so itchy its impossible to ignore and then i scratch it till it bleeds. shouldn't do that but when nothing stops it from itching i have no choice.

the burn looking patches

and the the is scaly like this

I had a stomach condition for years whereby my stomach was producing too much acid, causing me to feel nauseous all the time (especially after eating), sometimes to the point of vomiting. This also caused me to have a poor appetite and weight loss. It went undiagnosed for ages, mostly because whenever I went to a doctor and told them my symptoms, this equation seemed to go through their head:

Young female + nausea and vomiting = pregnant OR eating disorder

...and they wouldn't consider anything else to be the problem.
Finally I convinced one doctor that I wasn't pregnant OR trying to lose weight, and she referred me to have an upper endoscopy (shoving a camera on a tube down your throat - NOT FUN), and since then I have been on medication for it. Yay!

Well, I would go with the inevitable 'autism', or whatnot, but this award is going to Prurigo Nodularis, the skin disorder I have that will never, ever go away.
