I've not really been in that much pain, I guess. Back on elementary school some kid dropped a wooden leg which landed on my eyebrow. It had to be stitched and that was probably the worst physical pain I've ever been in.

I guess I would've had a bigger problem if the leg had dropped an inch or so lower though.

Hmm, when they took out all of my wisdom teeth.
I never broke any bones or had other severe injuries, so...
Guess I'm unbreakable apart from my teeth.

How did you have your wisdom teeth taken out? I was put under anesthetic so obviously I didn't feel a thing (was a little sore after though).

My friend got dump-tackled by a fat girl in the year above him in elementary school. Broke both his ribs.

when i was a child i would remember seeing how high i could swing on my swignset, then jump off, i then got really high and jumped, snagged my arm on something, and so i landed on my back, on top of my arm, broke my arm at the age of 7 was one of the worst pains - besides love.

The ol' toenail getting ripped off was probably the worse pain I've had, it ended with my toebone stick up out of my toe...I'd rather not do it again/
That was over six years ago and my toe is still fucked :\

That sounds extremely healthy. Care to explain how you managed that? :p

Was a rather hot day so I went round to my mates place for a swim, at the time I was 13 and couldn't drive, so I rode my bike in thongs(flip flops for you non-australians). I stayed until about 6, and there was a cool change with rain, slippery pedals+things (flip flops) is not a good combination, the toenail came clean off, I went into shock.
Got a ride home with my mates dad, progressively got more pale and shaky as the shock wore off by the time I got to the doctors I was in serious pain.
The doctor had a look, touched it, I heard a popping sound and saw a delightful bloody little bit of bone sticking out of my toe. I then got 4 injections in my toe, a bucketload of bandages and painkiller to take home and have never ridden my bike in thongs since. I may have to get sergery next month to fix the toenail, because it's grown back in two layers, each about 5 times as thick as a normal nail and somewhat ingrown.

Testicular Torsion.

I am a college football punter, and on one kick, with my leg up extended overhead, a defender hit me and his helmet caught me. Lost the poor guy.

I fell face first down a flight of stairs when I was ten. Luckily the bridge off my nose broke my fall on the edge of the bottom step.

I got local anesthetic but the procedure took longer than expected because the teeth were sort of...lodged, so they had to be broken apart before extraction. Well. Let's just say anesthetics don't last forever. And my doc's attitude was more like "yeah, yeah, we're almost done, just a second..."

I've been living with a broken pelvis (2.5centimeter diastasis pubic symphysis/pelvic instability - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Diastasis_symphysis_pubis) for two years now. Incredible pain through the day, hurts to sit, hurts to walk, hurts to stand, hurts to lie down. I'll be having surgery to fix it soon, which involves joining the bones back together with a metal plate in the front and screws in the back. Then 6 weeks of recovery, using a walker.
Yeah, it sucks.
Wow having sex must suck.

interestingly, the resulting scar healed over the years, however one time when i fell on a carpet and a chunk came outta my knee, the scar remains...
As a general rule of thumb the younger you are the faster and better(i.e. less visable) a scar heals, for example. There was a famous case a couple of years ago where suergons had to perform suergery on an unborn child and, to their suprise when the child was born (mere months latter) he had no visable scars. It is also effected by how deep the scar is.

when I was 16 I was shot in the eye with a paintball. I got to keep the eye and it still works so I guess I got lucky.

I've have incredibly bad luck with injuries. I've been shot, hit by cars, had a minor stabbing, fallen off of buildings, thrown through a window, and even once tackled someone off a third story balcony. And yes, dislocated my shoulders.
The single most painful experience I've had in my life, was breaking my pelvis bone. I was pressed between a rolling car bumper, and the trailer-hitch of another car.
I cannot explain the pain I felt there, or during the three months it took to heal, but, I would happily have my ribs broken again, then break my pelvis bone.
Getting shot, how exactly did that feel? Not to sound like a jackass, lol, just sort of...curious.
The first time, was richocet from a small caliber pistol. I remember being thrown forward, like someone had just run into me at full speed. After that, a pain that I have trouble describing, coming from my lower back.
The second time, was from a shotgun loaded with rock salt. That when, I felt immediately. I was running from a farmer (long story, that I would rather not discuss), and, he fired at me as I was trying to hop a fence. I was knocked into the fence hard enough, that, with the combination of the force of the salt, my full run, and, my sudden lack of balance, I was thrown into, and through the fence. Do you know the feeling, when you get an incredibly bad scrape? The dull throbbing that worsens as you go? And the feeling of dieing nerves when you use a alcohol as a cleaning agent? Combine them, and have it take up your entire back, then triple the pain.
And did you escape said rabid farmer?

I have been shot in the butt, it didn't get me put in the hospital for a night like being shot in the eye did, being shot in the hand hurts worse than the butt does.

Mine would be getting my skull split open on a table corner during a drunken fight with my buddies. My buddy has getting a tibia platue during snowboarding. His story is much more fun to explain then mine, so I'm using his. He's snowboarding, goes on to a table top jump and see's that there are three guys looking at the jump. He yells at them to see if everything is alright for him to take the jump, they say nothing, so he goes for it. He levels out on the table, see's the guy lying on top of the table too late, and his board goes under the guy, he goes over. We get to the hospital, he's screaming, and from the look of his feet, he could kick himself in the balls if he wanted to.
