Pulled some leg muscle playing halo 3.
How xD

The only ones I can remember are:
Jumping and landing on a metal bookend so that it pierced the side of my foot and the metal went horizontally through. Had to pull it out myself and I was abouttt 9. Horrible.
And also when my ex-friend hit me over the head with a ruler, but sort of egde-down, like you would with a sword. He did it so hard it broke into 3 pieces, I thought my skull had been opened. Fucking dick.

Worked in a bowling lanes in my younger years. Had a miscommunication between a couple of the cooks and they drained the cooking oil from the frier thinking they had turned it off to cool down. They hadn't turned it off. Then they asked me to carry the oil out to the grease trap. The hot oil melted out the bottom of the containers they had put it in, and proceeded to cook my legs and feet from the knees down.

Thankfully I had jeans on, which helped protect my legs some. The tops of my feat basically cooked off though. Good times.

Anyway, in the process I dislocated my shoulder.
dam, you punched them -that- hard? o__O

my worst pain was getting stitches...and the doctor didn't use enough anesthetic
Oh, come on it's not that painful (the stitches part). That has happened to me on at least 5 occasions. In my my face no less.
Do you -really- want to know where these stitches were sown? (I left this account vague on purpose to begin with, haha. Yes, it's where you're thinking)

Not to mention the pain and swelling I had 'there' for two weeks afterward. Ooooof... >____>
O_O ah f**k. How the heck did you even manage to be injured that badly down there? That is the first place I'd protect if there were even a remote chance of it getting hit, or something...

My tattoo hurt pretty bad, annoying more than anything. I honestly can't recall ever being in intense pain.

Apart from my hangover from hell. Drinking until 3am, had to get up at 6am. I was woken up by bloody severe leg cramp, pounding headache and ringing ears. The pain was literally so bad i went deaf for a few minutes.

a scottish friend of mine and me were once out walking, he was wearing a kilt with nothing underneath(scottish thing apparently pants are evil). anyway we had to climb over a stile with some barbed wire on the top and he got caught on the wire. not by his kilt but by what was underneath. after hed been unhooked he had to have dozens of stitches and a couple of jabs. i expect that was pretty painful.

I also got my nose/face broken in rugby and had to have stitches put into my nose, but that was bloodier, not more painful.
Yeah, my nose didn't hurt at all (in fact I lost all feeling to my nose and upper jaw for about a day) and there was no blood which usually indicates it isn't broken. However I knew it was because I could move it about. Nobody else believed me because they tried feeling it but it was massively swollen for like 4 days. So I didn't get it reset. Fortunately it was like the cleanest break imaginable and my nose reset quite well so my nose only points ever so slightly to the right and you can only really tell if you feel it. Shame though as it was one of my better features, though as a plus I'm officially "hard" becuase I didn't cry.

Anyway, pain. I don't want to talk about it...

Almost forgot this one...

I stabbed myself while cutting salami.
The knife hit the bone in my thumb so hard (through the side of my thumb) that it stuck there.
I had to pull the knife out, and proceeded to puke my arse up whilst bleeding everywhere.

That would be right up there. I had issues for a while after with seeing blood and vomiting, which didn't work out well with my chosen sports, thankfully I got over it.

Working in a restaurant one of the waitresses dropped a bucket of butcher knives on my leg, I had four sticking out of me one right to the bone. Now her nickname is assassin and mines pincushion.

Broke my leg playing Starfox 64.

Oh yeah, and my parents didn't believe that it was broken, so I limped upstairs on my knees.

Probably having a splinter jammed about 3/4 cm under my fingernail, then having to sit there without painkillers while they went in with tweezers and pulled it out.

On the first time, they definitely pulled something out, but it wasn't the splinter.

Wow.. It seems like escapists are very unlucky people! I've never experienced truly bad physical pain. Probably why I love reading these threads :)

I've never had anything that bad but I know 2 people who have. First my friend was on holiday and by a pool (I can't quite recall how he did it, perhaps he fell on something)he got a hole straight through his leg, if you looked in it you could see his knee cap, and he hit a main blood vessel and he shot blood like 2 meters, know he squeezes his leg when he hurts himself, because the pain is so intense that it overshadows all other pain. The other one was when my brother was beaten up, they punched him and broke his jaw in 2 places.

My softmore year of high school I was in varsity wrestling and some guy picked me up and tried to slam me on the floor but I "blocked" the fall with my arm and my bone broke and ripped through my skin. It was pain that I can't even describe. They gave me morphine after that and I was ok....still it hurt so f'in much.

Ok, so recently I got into a bit of a fight. I don't want to toot my own horn, but I took down two rather burly blokes by my lonesome which I was quite proud of. Anyway, in the process I dislocated my shoulder. Apparenty, the only way to properly put it back into the socket is to force it in. So I was given some painkillers (Which did bugger all) and sat through nearly 20 minutes of pain while a nurse tried to put it back in.

So, whats the worst pain you've ever been in?
I got kicked in the face repeatedly by some girl wearing New Rock boots. I was very drunk and because I was kinda immune to the pain, really didn't give a f*ck at the time. Woke up with a very mangled face, at which time I really started caring. I still have the scars on my beautiful face.

All I have to say on this is Kidney Stones...

Though I did have a metal shard about 1/2in by 1/16 puncture my eye as well.

Kidney Stones still hurt worse.

I fell onto some slate when I was 11 and I slashed my hip open, apparently the cut was almsot an inch deep I don't know lol. I was at my nans aka Paradise for 3 weeks waitign for it to heal. The secodn worst would have to be getting into warm salty water to heal the bloody hip.
