Ok, so recently I got into a bit of a fight. I don't want to toot my own horn, but I took down two rather burly blokes by my lonesome which I was quite proud of. Anyway, in the process I dislocated my shoulder. Apparenty, the only way to properly put it back into the socket is to force it in. So I was given some painkillers (Which did bugger all) and sat through nearly 20 minutes of pain while a nurse tried to put it back in.

So, whats the worst pain you've ever been in?
I got kicked in the face repeatedly by some girl wearing New Rock boots. I was very drunk and because I was kinda immune to the pain, really didn't give a f*ck at the time. Woke up with a very mangled face, at which time I really started caring. I still have the scars on my beautiful face.
Scars? Ouch.

Kidney stone.
Yes. This. I passed one about the size of a BB just a couple of days ago, it hurt like hell for a couple of days before and for a while after. That'll teach me to drink so much soda.
Been there myself. Mine passed while I was driving; it's a miracle I didn't pass out at the wheel from the pain.

I was in culinary class ( 1st year ) and was doing good chopping ribs after we dissected a pig ( getting chops, ribs, "back bacon" etc... ) when I just nicked my finger with the tip of the butchers knife. The little nick however was enough to chop through my bone as well as 60% of the skin on my finger. Blood was pouring out everywhere and my finger was literally hanging down almost in the palm of my hand. It was a massive amount of pain and shock... my classmates were freaking out but one student and the chef managed to get everything together and have an ambulance there. It took a good year before I could even move my index finger, they had to sew tendons and fix the bone together with pins and whatnot... very weird. Its been over 10 years now and I can move it correctly but cannot "curl" it all the way ( because of how the tendons healed my doctor tells me ). but it's all good now... because the knife was so sharp it's not even that big of a scar...almost looks like a "ring" lol ... but yeah... had to be the worst thing that's ever happened to me !

I have fairly constant back and neck pain, which I'm pretty sure has to do with the amount of sitting in front of a computer I do. However, that's sort of a constant and unremarkable thing.

The worst sort of pain I can think of actually occurred to me last night. Stomach flu, basically. Constant vomiting to the point of spewing stomach acid out from my nose, diarrhea, and total body pain due to being unable to sleep or even lie down in one position. Constant spasms and shivering due to fever. I know it's something everyone gets occasionally (I don't get sick often at all), but it's truly hellish and completely debilitating. All you can really do is wait for it to run its course, though, so you're left to experience every agonising minute of it in complete detail.

I caught mononucleosis while doing a field operation with the United States Marines back when I was 22. Its one the worst illnesses you can get at a young age. Every day I would have Fevers of 102 degrees or greater followed by extreme nausea and body achs. The worst part about it was that I had an allergic reaction to the antibiotics that the Doc gave to me to treat the illness with. This caused me to break out into hives.
I also suffered from visual hallucinations for about 2 days. Its was like being on an acid trip that I didn't want to be on. I can only imagine what AIDS and Cancer patients have to go through every other day.

I'm not sure if either of these have been said yet (as I don't plan on reading through 5 pages or responses right now), but it would have to be a cross between peeing shortly after having a catheter removed and swallowing food while hiccuping.

I'd have to say an ear infection.

It's the most extreme pain for me ever...I'll go break my arm now...

yeah, ear infections and some other genetic problems I've had with my inner ears have hurt.

But not like when I dislocated a rib and it pressed into my lung.

That was a fun ER trip...the Dr's said had I not been brought in and had it fixed, it would have puncted the lung very shortly.

thankfully I was given Vicodin for the pain, still have some, and it still slips out of place now and again. Not as bad now though.

I was trying to crawl under my garage door and my brother closed it on my head.

It sucked really bad because it was right on the temple.

I broke my elbow in two places when I was little which I'm sure hurt a lot, but I don't remember it. The worst thing I can remember was last year when I got a sciatica. I couldn't tie my shoes without crying from the pain and I had to ask my roommate to do it until I was able to buy some slip on shoes.

I crashed my car. direct hit into my door by another car while mine was spinning out of control. i got open broken bone leg wound. which mean that my tibia was broken and that the broken part have cut the flesh to the point that the bone stick out of it. it's unbelievable how painfull it is, but lucky for me i was uncounscious most of the time...

Shoulder dislocating hurts. I broke my caller bone and dislocated my shoulder in one go once, but the most painful was when i was like, 14 at camp and they where playing that stupid "run to the room and keep everyone else out of the cabin" game so when i almost got in some douche closed the door and I got my hand slammed in it. I was too panicked to realize how to work a doorknob so after screaming and begging for the person to open the door for like 30 seconds, I ripped it out. that took off half the skin on my pinky and the skin on the tip of my right ring finger. i then proceeded to use my adrenaline to punch the guy who slammed the door in the face repeatedly as hard as possible until he went down. didn't do any major permanent damage other than scarring but man it hurt like hell.

contact lenses, those things hurt like hell the first time you put them in, and they hurt even more if you screw it up and don't put them in properly.

most pain inflicted on someone else: one time i shot a man in the testes with a paintball gun from 2 metres away, he's probably infertile now.

oh, and haemarroids, those hurt to...

Just one across my cheek. Its only small and when I've got make-up on, most people don't notice it unless they are up in my space. I kept picking the scabs on them.

Mmmm, attractive.
