Sorry to the other contestants, but this is by far the series that is plagued by the gods of bad dialog. But th funny thing is it actually adds to the appeal of the game.

While not technically voiced by characters, the death quotes in Modern Warfare 2 probably should have had a better selection. Richard Army and Dick Cheney are probably at the top of the list of "people who lost the right to talk about war seriously."

You mean at the end where Polka won't shut up? When I first bought the game and saw that foreshadowing scene in the beginning, I said to myself "Oh no, a cute anime girl dies? Man, I bet the game will do everything to make me grow attached to her and then kill her so that I will be incredibly sad"

Then, after what seemed like an eternity of cut-scenes in which she proves to be nothing but a useless, bitching little girl, and the crowning moment is about to happen, she can't even give me the pleasure of watching her die without boring me to death with that stupid dialogue.

Although to the games defense, I liked the music.

I wouldn'tknow that far...I only rented the game a hand full of times from Blockbuster. What I was referring to was Whats-her-name who wa s aspy, got stabbedand had a twenty minute solioqouy about her life and going over cutscenes that were literally shown five minutes prior to the death of the I dont care.
