Every time I go on teh internet.

Part of the reason I sign in here using Facebook (instead of a regular anonymous internet handle) is because I find that having my real name and face next to my posts stops me from being a dick. Most of the time.

All the time, I'm pretty self loathing. Though I'm somewhat eased by the fact that most of the people surrounding me are total dicks as well.

I think whenever I play my Xavier's Dream VS. Deck. It's kinda' mean becuase I go through the whole game like I'm really trying but just barely falling short and then turn 8 and the inevitable drop of Pheonix and flip of Xavier's Dream. I can see it in my opponent's eyes everytime. You. Dick. It gets even worse next turn when I Avalon to get Jean back or flip Gamma Bomb.

I just smile. (but I feel bad, really....honest....sorta?)

When I was getting achievements online in Mortal Kombat against severely unskilled opponents. I felt I had to apologize to the person I got the Turtle achievement on since it was obvious I could have won at any time but forced the clock to run out.

I've said this in like fifty threads but I'll say it again.

I posted a thread a while back hating on Portal 2's DLC, later I realized it wasn't so bad and I got worked up for nothing.

Back in my kid/teen days I was probably as dickish as I'll ever get.

I tease my friend about her height.[sub]She's quite short.[/sub] This is an 'I'm kind of a dick moment' because even though it's meant to be a joke/light-hearted she still takes some level of offense. Once my friend cracked a joke about her and man did him and I laugh incredibly hard for a long time. I even tried to stop but the laughing didn't stop.

I also tease/play around/ be mean to my other friend. This is an 'I'm kind of a dick moment' because he's going out with the first person, she doesn't find it very amusing. Note that I always did this with my other friend. (The one who cracked the joke.)

Not often really, although I do dwell often on this one dick moment I did in year 7 which makes me really hate myself...

Yeah, whenever I hear about someone having leukemia, I always think "ah, that's not too bad".

When I was very young, in primary school, one of my classmates had leukemia and survived. It was such a normal thing at my school, that I didn't associate it with being life-threatening.
Even now, as an adult, I have to consciously correct my thinking from "you'll get over it" to "Gosh, that's terrible".

There's loads of other examples, but that's the main one I feel bad about.

My little stepsister was telling me the history of her imaginary friend (you can imagine the overwhelming depths of my interest). She told me that her friend was pregnant to which I instantly replied, "tell her to get an abortion." Luckily she didn't hear me, but I'll allways hold that statement as the meanest thing I've ever said to her.

All day, every day mostly. Especially considering I have an annoying, unstoppable habit of correcting people and being incredibly smug about it. I blame my dad; pedantic bastard he is.

When I realized that the only reason I was confiding in my ex-girlfriend of all people that I was strongly considering suicide was to hurt her for hurting me.

Sometimes I'll see something someone is wearing think (say) "OMG, those boots are *so* hideous? What was she thinking? they look like she stole them off a serpent guard' and then I'll stop myself and think 'Damn, girl, you a *****!' because really, that's not a very nice attitude to have.

I mean, I reserve the right to not like something, but (even if it's in my own head) there's no need to make a cheap snarky remark about it. =(

I realize I'm a complete dick every moment of the day. Don't you? I'm rather kind and helpful to anyone I meet, but I don't give a flying rats ass about the people that I don't. I have no problem buying cheap food, clothes, meat etc etc. Knowing full well that those prices are so low because somewhere at sometime some is being fucked over very hard. So yeah I'm a total dickward, and you know what I'm fine with it.

I was running heroic Botanica back during the BC expansion of WoW. My rogue was being beaten in dps by the other rogue, so when she went to sap a mob, I used my distract to make them look in her direction. She was seen and swiftly died. It was funny at the time.
Hahaha thats amazing. I have done similar things for overdpsing.
I've managed to convince the entire DPS and the healer to not support a tank who was being a douche. Also refused to rez in a dungeon cause a tank was being a dick and kicked our healer because they were constantly OOM in battles when in reality the tank never stoped to check if anyone was ready and never read when the healer said OOM after battles
I once pulled a raid boss by throwing a snowball at them then vanished while he wiped the raid.
