WTF moments in Fallout 3

Not a glitch, but my own fault. Not really a WTF moment, but it is in one regard.
I was in the Rivet Town Marketplace, and I was playing on my laptop. I wanted to get into a more comfortable position, so I started to move the laptop off my lap so I could lay on the couch.
I accidentally hit the mouse button, and let off a few rounds from my Assault Rifle.
Fortunately, I must have moved the mouse a bit, because I was staring at the ground when I fired off a few rounds. So no one was killed.
All the people in the marketplace just turned and looked at the source of the sound, to see me pointing an assault rifle at the ground. The look on all their faces practically screamed "WTF".
I imagined my character giving off a nervous chuckle, and saying "Sorry bout that. Forgot to turn the safety off."
It was funny in context, and a bit scary. I was playing a pure good character, so the thought of accidentally killing a citizen was mortifying.
Man, I've done so many stupid things in that game...

After playing this for hours, and beating it twice, ive had my fair share of WTF moments.
One time, when I was playing, I did vats literally on top of a super mutant behemoth in evergreen mills. I shot it in the head, and the head exploded. yay. But as I was walking, I noticed, chunks of the head, were on top of me. It wouldn't go away. There was this giant brain piece, stuck to my character's face. it was weird. it went away next time I loaded the game. In megaton, I went to a crevasse, and got stuck in like this pale grey box in which I couldn't move from. I have the ps3 port, which is pretty glitchy. Also, one time, the whole world was only half rendered, I couldn't see any textures, it was weird. so I reloaded the game.
Also, I met an enclave soldier by dukovs place. I was only level 8. But I beat them. (used almost all my stimpacks though).
those are only a few of the glitches I've seen. There are others, but theyre not really that interesting, like how one of the megaton settler always answers hi, every time I talk to her, unlike every other settler, who have SOME variation.

Hmm... my biggest WTF moment would have to be when I had JUST made it to Girdershade as a simple level eight or so character, hardly any health to my name and no Stimpaks. I'd just fought off three Yao Guais, two Giant Radscorpions and a Robobrain and, just as my brother said "What if a Giant Radscorpion appeared?" one came up and killed me right as I documented the town on my map. I had to reload at Canturbury Commons.

I was at the satellite place that you can fire orbital rockets (can't remember the name), and when i was at the top of the satellite i decided to do the glitch that you jump off and save, then reload and you live. So i did that, but when i reloaded i had forgotten i had left Fawkes and Dogmeat at the top, so they jumped off too...and died

Was wondering towards the Deathclaw Sanctuary and then all of a sudden saw a Deathclaw fly up into the air. After a quick pause of disbelief, up shot another and another and another - I eventually stopped laughing and checked it out. No idea why the hell it was happening, but good to kill some Enclave jerks so all's well that ends well.
I have three, once I killed Dukov and left his house. Whenever I turned to face West or North, the game would spaz out and the world would collide pixels. The next 2 were when I was near the Satellite place, I shot a dog's head off and it rolled over me. But the body went flying into the air. When I looked in the direction of it's bodies path, I noticed a huge line of brown and red in the air..when I walked towards the line in the air my game crashed. Still rocket propelled dogs leading to crashes is awesome in concept.

The first one is hitting it with his fists, while another one used his sledgehammer on the oversized insect.
The third one? He was hanging back and throwing grenades at the thing, ignoring his two teammates going melee on it!
BOOM
the radscorpion and the fisting ghoul both die, then the sledgehammer wielding ghoul turns on his friend that threw the grenade and kills him. I walk up and he turns to me and goes, "what are you looking at?"
I walked away slowly and tried to go back to an earlier save to see if I could save the ghouls from themselves.
I reload the game and run over the ledge all, "Hey guys I'm here to save-"

I killed a Raider, and he must have gotten caught on a rock or something, because it started jumping around wierdly, in place. At one point, the shaking started looking like a puppet dancing to the 50's music I had playing.
There's a very big intersection somewhere in Downtown DC that is the battlefield between a tonne of Enclave and Super Mutants forces; and I happened to walk into the middle of it at level 13. I had to fight off Enclave, Super Mutants, and flee from cars that liked to explode all over the show. By the end of it I had gone up two levels, run out of stimpaks, and had broken both legs and an arm.

On purpose: Me and my friend were taking turns killing my character. we placed 40 frag mines and 7 bottlecap mines in a pile and shot it. One time I did it my ass got stuck in the roof. I was just dangling like a chandelier.
Glitch: I cant remember the town name sorry, but after I left my game glitched and it wouldn't register the right analog stick (it wasn't the controllers, they worked fine in other games) So I couldn't look up or turn. It was fixed after i got the DLC though
WTF moment: I pissed off Megaton when i was at a low level and i bit off more than i could chew, so to speak. it autosaved in a bad spot and i was having trouble surviving (auto saved with very little hp and no stimpacks). Once i finally broke free i jumped over a railing to escape, but in mid-jump Billy Creel shot off my head. I was so pissed

I don't know how this happened, but in my main file, everytime I left Megaton via the main entrance, a Deathclaw would always spawn and attack the travelling merchant that was always there - it would later move on and kill the very friendly robot guard of Megaton, something that made me sad, considering how friendly he was. I always tried to fast travel in order to avoid this, but it never seemed to fix itself. That Deathclaw was out for blood....
well i cant find the screen shots (bloody steam/vista) but i ended up fighting 2 super-mutant overlords with only the shock sword and my power armour in side the preservation cylinder out side the ruined building where you first meet the brotherhood of steel with the door closed
what happened was 2overlords spawned with a centaur i popped the centaur with my A3-21's rifle and i ran to the shelter and shut the door to see what would happen well the super mutans no-cliped into the shelter with me so once i dealt with them by wildly swinging my sword until i was no longer taking damage when i found and opened the door and got out they were jammed in so tightly that they just stayed there standing in the cylinder with an arm i hacked off half in the side wall half in mid air

How come everyone else gets all the cool glitches? Mine always suck. I always seem to get stuck on little cracks in the road, run into a rock and get trapped inside, my enemies get stuck beneath the ground. I want a flying deathclaw dangit.
I think though the only other thing to happen to me is when the leader of the Regulators just decides to do a cross country around the wasteland.

Being stealthy only to have a pair of (I think they were) Brotherhood asshats start following me around out of nowhere, drawing attention to me, often at the worst possible moments.

OT: Well, I escaped the vault as a baby once and got killed... That's always bizarre. Aside from that nothing to weird happens in my game. Except corpses getting stuck in doors and jitterbugging a lot. Oh and if you own the computer version, do NOT try to revive yourself when you are dead. VERY strange things can happen.
