Guild Wars 2.

Excuse me. I didn't say that right.

GUILD WARS FREAKEN' 2!!! <3333. Oh crap, I just slobbered all over my keyboard. I hope that I'm not just being manipulated by really good marketing, because I REALLY want this game to be good.
You and me both. GW2 is pretty much my most anticipated game at this moment, and I wasn't head over heels for GW1, or any MMO in particular.
I'm just afraid NCSoft is pulling a fast one on us. I don't trust them after *gack* Aion.
Look on the bright side. If they screw us over, we can complain about it on the internet! That'll show 'em. They won't dare mess with us with that sword of Damocles looming overhead.

Space marine looks like fun. I never liked RTS but I always liked the feel of warhammer 40000.

Cool list, and the topic came with a group-therapy beating in progress!

Not sure if I'm that thrilled by most of those games though. Glad to see several space combat games though.

The Blizzard fan boy in me says "F!@# Torchlight two with a greasy pole"...but the rpg fanboy in me says "two kick ass point and click rpgs coming out soon for the PC KICK ASS.
All that really needs to be said.

Please go find a deep hole and either: Crawl into it and die; or bury your opinion in it (whichever you prefer)

PC gaming ain't dying. There is more out there on my wish list than I can afford... or i have spare time for xD
Well done, you noticed the sarcasm, read the op and commented correctly.

I know pc gaming isn't dying, please read the OP next time, it's about what games your looking forward to and proving it isn't dying.
No offense but sarcasm doesn't translate well into internet forums.

Torchlight 2, Diablo 3 can go die in a corner somewhere.
I really respect Torchlight and liked it but...but...Diablo 3 will be so awesome, so breath-taking and so painfully addicting that Torchlight 1, 2 and 3(which will likely be out before D3) will be entirely forgotten within a week of the game's release.

Now I don't like a few things that I've heard about D3's development, but man. When the day comes...finally after like 10 years...it will be glorious. Glory in a 50+$ box.

It doesn't, no. But that doesn't excuse the other guy from reading nothing but the title and then posting an inflammatory, uninformed post.

I know but I thought the "..." and the actual topic would have helped people see I was being sarcastic, but alas.

I'm really looking forward to Shogun II: Total War. I have enjoyed every total war game so far and Shogun II seems to be on the right track. I have already got a new computer just so I can run it.

Well, you know the saying: once bitten, twice shy. I have a delicate constitution, you know. And weak ankles....*ahem*

I do like complaining about stuff, so maybe you have a point. That'll show 'em for sure!

Seriously, if this game sucks, I'm giving up on MMOs. I'm sure the game companies couldn't care less, but two can play at that game.

Well, maybe Torchlight Online. If GW2 isn't good, maybe Torchlight will work out. Arg! Stop it! Why do I keep falling for it!?

OT: Trine 2 looks kinda fun. Dunno who I'd multiplayer with, though.

ArenaNet still has independent control over Guild Wars, and ArenaNet had nothing to do with Aion.

........

If PC gaming was ever dying, Steam will contribute to it.

isn't there punctuation that you could use to indicate sarcasm? last time I checked an inverted question mark in a bracket such as this "(?)" but inverted or this "(!)"

So many...

I'm just hoping the laptop I'm getting will be able to run all of them on at least medium settings.

does it support DX10 at least? then you should be able, lately from all the PC games that are coming out they are Dx10 at least and DX11 at most.

I just finished downloading Civ 5 off Steam. It not on their list but its yet more proof that PC gaming is alive and well. I am almost afraid to start playing as I have a test tomorrow. Thankfully it is a basic computer course that I could pass with both eyes closed.
