I can top that. A Portal Gun Duct Taped to a Gravity Gun.

I agree, A portal gun would be cool and you could save nassa 30 billion dolars for going to mars (just shoot a portal on earth and one on mars and you have saved 30 billion dollars for something else like world poverty.) and a portal gun would be cool for day to day task, I saw a video were someone shot a portal on the floor next to the bed and one on there wall and then rolled into the portal out of bed (I think its called "Outside aperture"). also has anyone seen "portal no escape" on youtube, it's really cool.

didn't the portal gun only work on surfaces that were treated with lunar dust?

Send a manned trip to the moon, then unmanned to Mars with a 10mx10m plate that's had someone rub it with moon rocks. Then use a computer/harness thingy to aim the ASHPD perfectly and hit the plate.
